Could someone explain what use masks are ? They have been worn nationwide for quite a period of time now yet the infection rate continues to rocket.
As for everyone getting in a tizzy regarding testing security. If 80 % conform it would significantly reduce the R number, then locating hot spots after that using a number of methods ie the sewers.
This is a very complex issue and will take sometime to control but get the R number down asap a get the economy back up and running otherwise we are fecked anyway.
