Frutsels If the sale was of the table we would have to be told. UBS DLP would be wandering off into the distance and that would be on an RNS. UNLESS of course they are all complicit in the scam and its them that are actually trading the shares.

Monty I dont actually have to know any figures for WK. What I am stating is you have no idea what opencast mining involves and especially how long it takes to set up. You stated "Years away " when in actual it would take no more than 2 years to start extraction of ore at new areas and quicker if infrastructure is in place / close by.

Monty i think people are just getting fed up and can use the money elsewhere which i can understand but the shortly statement is responsible.
If this drags on to say mid December without any clarification people will start selling down more and the SP will not fair very well.

Just looking at the copper price and it appears it has risen approx 50 % in the last 12 months , presently stands @ $4600 / t

Now that adds a little more, especially when we have rather a lot of the stuff and the chinese are presently buying everything they can

Well I have to admit if it is it has to be the greatest and longest ever done , move over Bernie Madoff.
Why do I think its NOT a scam :-
1. The fact the II s have pumped a good few million in recently and NO Roger I dont think they have forward sold
2. UBS being engaged for 18month +
3. DLPiper
4. JV with Rosgeo basically the Russian government
5. Wardell Armstrong Engaged since April
6. The BOD including some very big hitters from the mining world James & Christian
7. The BOD hold a HUGE amount of shares so theirs and our interests are aligned

These are just a few of my reasons for believing its not a scam and if it was well they deserve it because its taken them 20 years to undertake, fool some rather large institutions , banks , agencies and the Russian Government to boot.

This is just a waiting game, so its almost 2 years since I boarded the good ship Eurasia and what fun its been. There are a couple of things I have learnt in that time , one being patience and the other is there are some seriously sad individuals out who bask in anyone's failure.
Anyway GLA and hope we disembark this great vessel shortly !!!!!!!
