The NHS is constantly used as a political football and its embarrassing , we have a world beating health system that is admired worldwide. There will never be enough money to pay for everything because of advancement within medical science , constantly new medical breakthroughs are achieved meaning a damn sight more people are now mended and sent on there way. A most recent example was of a 5 month old child with spinal muscular astrophy receiving one dose of a new drug that cost a cool £1.79 million giving him a better chance of life in the future.
The other most significant cost within the NHS is the layers of management which eat up a huge proportion of the funding , ticking boxes for the most part, these need streamlining immediately.
My last point is can we stop the lilly livered parents taking their children to A&E with a runny nose.

As for cosmetic repair work, tough it should come last in priorities and that include T! T jobs be it man or woman.

Morning All

I only have two shares presently and guess what they are both in the shortly phase. So how soon is shortly , well in the case of my other share Avacta the shortly phase has so far lasted 9 months approximately. Which has lead to much derision /anger on the BB there and many comical posts.
So to EUA shortly is now into its 11th day (Including w/e) and I am prepared to stick my neck out and "Ian can you put me down for friday 8th Oct please " say 2 weeks is the length of shortly because this is now becoming a tad boring.
So our Illustrious BOD can you get a shimmy on as i want a bit of excitement. GLA
