RE: I'M ...14 Apr 2022 17:30
Investors like you are a CEO's wet dream. Especially on AIM, where so many of them take other people's money, make themselves wealthy, deliver nothing and leave shareholders out of pocket. Back in the real world, business owners work their fingers to the bone to make their company successful then reap the financial benefits, not the other way around.
FM is on £500k a year. That salary is clearly not aligned to BMN's progress or anything resembling sizeable profits. As for Nikomarov, £100k+ a year for delivering what exactly? A few LinkedIn posts a week?
Like I said, 2023 is the year. No major IIs bleeding shares into market, production ramped up, electrolyte contracts in the bag. If BMN cannot deliver a profitable pathway to long-suffering shareholders by that point then they clearly don't have the drive or acumen to drive the opportunity.
