Thanks jonjo does it have the same functionality that BARX did, namely reasonable pricing, L2 access and the ability to place stop orders etc. I am also with IG but can only trade on a quote and deal basis only.

Loads of silly packs, and then the membership numbers, but no PIN. 1 hr wait to get through to their help(!) line yesterday and I can only assume a newly recruited spotty teen who couldn't care a damn said that I was no longer able to deal on my mother's account (I have power of attorney) and that the trades registered last Friday would not count for proof as to who I was.. I stuck with BARX through thick and thin,as I always found their staff very helpful, polite and friendly. I assume they have all been sacked and new, work experience staff recruited. This ranks as being the biggest cock up I have encountered.

Harry...was that you with the checked shirt? I was so impressed with her presentation, that on route back home I slipped and as near as damn it have broken a leg!! Perhaps she could offer me some counseling! Many things to bring up...but I will keep this short. A Proactive Investors Forum are full of people interested in the financial health of a company, so it worried me that she was unprepared for such simple questions. Far too many fancy buzz words and promises, but little in the way of solid evidence to me...and my holding is now worth £50!
