now have the PIN and viewed the new platform...what have they done to a once excellent web site?

I have just opened an online bank account and I was asked to invent my own PIN, which I did. Why, oh why, cannot the same be done on the Smart Investor website, instead of waiting for a PIN to arrive in the post...which is now 3 weeks late? Is it really beyond the wit of man to allow this to happen? And my intention is to get accounts linked.

still no PIN, so I can't trade. When I have it I will shut all accounts down with this awful institution and move elsewhere. And all the help desk is say is "Sorry". Oh, and the sp keeps dropping...don't the ******s in charge realise that they are ******* many people off.
