I agree there'll be a fund raise. But if we went into a jv at this stage the dilution would be massive as any partner would want a big chunk of the business so impacting shareholders even more.
I'm more interested to see the action plan and associated time line so I can assess directly against that.
Gawd the way some of you guys talk I'm highly surprised you've invested but this is social media who knows if you are.

So we don't need to announce a jv for maybe a year. Get finance for the dfs and get on with it
People seem so concerned about jv now. I think it can wait. If the dfs shows what we beleive it will show. Opportunity for jv will be queuing up and at better terms than we'd get today

Do you actually beleive we need a JV for the DFS stage? I'd say we need one to go into production
But if we enter one now share holders will be more raped. As any company will want a big slice. So there would be a huge dilution
Better to raise $5m through a small placing. Carry out DFS Then enter a JV from a stronger negotiating position
We could also hear of some off take agreements soon and as we progress we could see partial upfront payment / investments

I'd guess there'd have to be a placing soon so we have funds? Either that or partner or.... ? So this is one to sit on and potentially aquire more while relatively cheap

Just because they publish late doesn't mean they haven't told supplier. And supplier has an obligation to rns

A while ago a tender was published for transport flight very late. However. Transport must have commenced much early so my assumption is suppliers must be told. So the delay is physical publication not decisions

Good point. It might. It should indicate level of sales to date. Of which we share. But you'd expect them to highlight opportunities
