Steward I think you're interpreting snowking for your own agenda. DFS complete = small dilution. Taking zulu to production will require more investment even if using a jv. They don't do it free. But 25 billion share for production will be irrelevant given what I'd expect mc

I'm not sure snowking meant that level of headroom would be needed for the dfs. That's to take us to production when of course sp is much higher too

And although im not relying on it - we might see a bonus from sale of Circum one day - and we could even see some funding coming from income from other mines going into production (maybe) and this would provide further investment (which would make us less reliant on any form of dilution or external investor - gawd the DFS will only cost $5 m or so

A few things - i dont normally like mining shares due to the level of risk but i got into this after the EPO
I feel this and Zimbabwe attitude change de-risks to an extent
Along with demand levels for lithium and price increases
So guess its very real potential but taken with a degree of realsism that this is a longish term hold - certainly beyond the conculsion of DFS
Ive also sen how a share price in mining can increase with test drill results and with these Prem should start seeing off take agreements being signed over the next 6 months - so know matter where we are now i see a rise to above 1p at the conclusion of the DFS and then who knows (depends on so many factors)

I agree - there are indeed other things that motivate and agree GR appears to be a proud man - often we forget the differences in culture too - it seems in the current socio political climate we are not allowed to see difference in cultures and people - but i do think GR is different from say a business =man in London or New York - there does appear to be an underlying "Honour"

Every word in an RNS needs to be clinically analysed - no gaps left and absolutely no room left for interpretation. But sometimes some things cant be answered but if its funding and if (as i suspect) funding is progressing possessively we should simply say that . AKA - "Dont worry people Funding is progressing positively" else people will spread fear which results in lots of knees jerking

If it is a placing I forsee a pretty small one. To fund DFS as a stop gap

That's not concluded. Which I'm guessing means looking at options..... it may result in keeping some assets as the income they could bring in could finance the zulu DFS ..... don't forget GR is a pretty large shareholder. So I'm sure he has SP in mind

Although I'd add we see this all over AIM
RNS need to leave less room for assumption or worse manipulation due to not being clear
They need to spell it all out and leave no room for incorrect interpretation
