I've been scratching my head on that too @Hereshopin. I'm in EVR and EUA and they're both moving upwards nicely. POLY can't seem to hold any gains and every posting that they're struggling to purchase shares. Has to be something to do with the inability to buy

This war will cost a lot of Putin's "friends" a lot of money. They won't like that and his support will begin to diminish. Majority of Eastern living Russians do not want war. If he loses support it will pressure him to reach a deal and pull back
