Sorry for asking this but I don't fully understand the GLP case outcome that leads to us receiving payment. Have Abingdon not been paid as GLP are accusing government of preferential tenders being accepted? and as a result no payments have been made until the case is resolved. Therefore, if the GLP are unsuccessful, then ABDX get their payment? Am I correct?

Lol, that’s the scenario we’re all hoping plays out. My hairline will appreciate it if it’s that’s easy. Personally I think the whole of this year could be rough. It could take some time after a peace deal for the public to forget about this and for funds to avoid bad publicity to buy in again. Even if the SP takes 3 years to get back to £10 territory it’s still an amazing investment so long as the keep paying dividends.

How is the SP down on this news. This could potentially be huge! We’re already wayyyy undervalued considering we’re all twiddling our thumbs waiting for Vatic TT and Gov payment. Which should triple the SP from here. If they get FDA approval and a supply chain to US this should rocket. The potential here is massive.

You're prejudicing RA because he has money. If an alleged Columbian drug dealer moved to the UK, but had never been charged with a crime in South America, or any other country, and had never committed a crime on UK soil. What legal basis does the UK have to seize their assets? None! What's happening to RA is illegal. You don't know the truth about what he has and hasn't done and until he is proven guilty of something then you shouldn't prejudice him. Our government are setting the precedent that they can take what they want, when they want!

Yes, just me over thinking but if I were RA I might be tempted. The UK Gov has no real legal basis for what they're doing. They demonise Putin for being dictatorial but this government do not respect the rule of law, as we've seen many times with the COVID fiasco.

Imagine you had a friend who's selling drugs. Now you may know he's selling drugs. But just because you're friends with him, or used to be friends with him. When the gov arrest him, they freeze your bank accounts and seize your assets too. That's what's happened to RA. Just because he's a billionaire doesn't make it right.

What are the potential outcomes here. If the UK Gov are to seize RA and others assets permanently, including shares in EVR. Will the majority shareholder here then become the Gov? If that's a potential outcome then it may explain the unpaid divi. Maybe RA will send any cash to a Russian bank account, transfer any company assets in Russia to a new company, then never to return to Western friendly countries. I know I'm speculating here but didn't Pugachev do the same with his banks bail out money, albeit away from Russia (allegedly). If the UK gov do seize assets (illegally I might add), then surely they'd be pushing RA into such a situation

I will do this and also contact the FSCS. In this rare instance we may be eligible for compensation, although, with this government they’ll more likely fill their own pockets than ours

Received similar and their not giving anything away. I think the suspension will last longer than most think. If this year I’ll be surprised
