I guess, they have to do what is right for them, not everyone can trade the market, and I imagine after sitting here day in and day out for years - it will hurt to miss the rise.

They are playing a risky game trying to get in on news. With so few shares in issue, size held by majors, and most are in much higher and unwilling to sell down here, this could move very fast on news. The market makers will know this and adjust price on news accordingly.
