you can't factor in more money than cap haha (even if we put aside the entire pf value)

SEED Innovations expects €5.9mln as IMG buys portfolio company Leap Gaming with half that coming on completion of deal, plus the repayment of its €250,000 term loan and accrued interest. This should be soon, this week perhaps. Then there is any news out of Germany and the company are owed monies elsewhere too.

I also hear whispers that the company might be on the cusp of a new deal. To me it looks cheap down here. I might be wrong but it is a risk I am willing to take.

I completely understand a lot of you have bought in much much higher and I mean you no disrespect saying I think it will do 100% or 200% - I want it to do a lot more for you. I just mean that from current levels it should be an easy trade for those of us who didn't buy much higher.

You don't have to be a mathematician to see mcap vs PF + cash combined with short term catalysts (on a number of fronts) and directors buying means it has to climb at some point.
