Hi, I agree with most of what you are saying, there are a couple of points I would like to make. This is a great company to invest as long as you invest at the right time. We all know the cycle when to buy and if you don't want to keep we know when to sell. Whilst we are still trying to prove oil is commercial then this cycle should continue. Another point is I never sell price goes down 80%. I have never sold at these levels and bought instead. For this year we are in a much better situation with zero debt, proven light oil, etc.
Also, we don't need any takeovers or Tier 1 farm outs. We just need good value from the farm outs. I believe Premier Oil pulled out last year as they had to due to their financial position, unless the end result was spectacular they were going to pull out regardless. Don't forget they changed the drilling location from where we wanted to drill.

There seems to be high volume in Aus.

Looks like the website has had a major change. I quite like it.

I forgot to mention that the is still time for 88E to announce a Farm Out. I think last year they announced it in early December.

If you are talking about a Farm Out then they are either planning to go alone or with someone else, but under the right terms for 88E.

I am going to buy some more in December. I regards to your question, I can see the SP going up slightly with positive short term news and depending what the dilution is being used for I can see the SP going down a little but not much. The potential of the SP after spud and during results far outweigh the short term dip in my opinion.

I would like to know exactly why we were over budget. Was it the extra time due to Biden permits delay or other reasons. Guess we won’t find out. Normally we are on or within budget.

I don't like words 'cash raise' but I agree either way there will be a cash raise at some point. My guess is early January.

This time last year the Farm Out preferred bidder was selected for Peregrine Merlin-1. Maybe we will see something soon for Merlin-2.

Sounds good but I would be happy with 3p/4p at time of spud or just after. Based on last year this is realistic. We are also in a better position than last year with proven light oil, etc.

Just the confirmation of the rig contract. But at least it’s confirmed for Feb spud.
