Hi Stoney40 - You are absolutely right I was interim FC of a Biotech Company whose half year was 31st July & we managed to get the accounts out towards the end of October knowing that our deadline was the 31st October.SAR have at least another 2 weeks but note that last years interim results were published 4th March 2019.
I only hope that Sareum can get out of their present conundrum as clearly their products need to be further developed some of the molecules I understand are very good but it has taken them a long time to get to where they are now.
One of the reasons for delay in submitting half year accounts per above was the issue of 'Going Concern' & the need for a 12 month cash runway from the date of signing the accounts.
Either way we will find out soon & maybe it will be positive results with a positive future. hence I am showing Buy.

Hi TruroTrader - I agree with your sentiments but clearly the market this morning does not think so but the following tweet I believe supports both our aspirations for PYC.

Hi RMM3383 - Good post & it will be interesting to see the reaction on the NASDAQ but I would also add it was a very positive RNS.For me SAR clearly feel that this news could finally open up the doors for further progress & hence a more positive movement in the SP but clearly so far not today.I recently tipped my toes back in by Buying 70,000 shares but currently at a loss however happy to Hold but showing Buy.

Negative actions & words is not good for anyone.
Angry posts achieve nothing.
The only way is to support the company & give them a future & then an opportunity for change.
Vote to support the company I am & I urge others to follow.

I have just spoken to Barclays where my share are held & have said I will be voting to support all motions & I will now be attending the meeting in London.

I am sorry ValJu you are misleading shareholders by your comments.
Not only have I been involved in Biotech as an accountant but also working with companies where there was a threat of going under.
The only basis that the directors can continue is if they have 'reasonable expectations' of obtaining funds in order to continue to trade if not to continue trading would make them responsible for all future debts.
Please do not play with the shareholders emotions by giving misleading statements.
There is only one way out of this and that is to support the motions otherwise loose all.
Believe me I have worked in the private & public sector & did so for some 45 years as an accountant as financial accountant, financial controller etc & have had to trouble shoot many times.
There is only one way to go & that is to support the motions & avoid the company going under. Do it if only for the poor sods
who subjected themselves to the various trials & you would be letting them down if the company is unable to complete the next post trial process.
Think again & support the motions to avoid total loss for all shareholders & the science behind the company.

I have read in full the RNS & all comments to date.
As someone who was an accountant in the Biotech industry I understand the challenges of funding research & I will be supporting the motions.
By not supporting the motions there will be only one outcome & do not expect a pay back on your shares.
If there is a move to remove some of the directors where is the plan to replace them & as I do not see one I can only conclude
that by not supporting the motions it is 'to get your own back' in a very spiteful way.
The best option is to support the vote & then use pressures for subsequent change.
It would not surprise me that the directors have a plan B with a phoenix company in the wings to Buy the ongoing research projects from the liquidator & so jettison all other liabilities.
In conclusion please all of you angry shareholders think again & support the company this is the only option.

I believe it will not be long before an RNS update.
I sent a message to them this Monday afternoon per below but no reply yet:
'Dear XXXXX,
It is now 3 weeks since I received your reply on the 10th February & I note that the website is showing 'Ongoing'.
Is it likely the issues relating to this project will be completed soon or is there a problem.
With regards 'such information is published only after the administration closure is finalised' where can I find this.
Sorry to chase again but this is an important project for Northern Island & confirmation that funds can be released to
the Company would assist it in achieving its aims.

It does not make sense getting rid of two key players in a Biotech Company unless you have people to replace them & steer the
ship in a different direction.If the drive for this action is 'to get your own back' & loose all that is sheer madness.
I am invested in INFA & shareholders did the same but they had a team to take over & we now own Harland & Woolf & other assets & we have a future.
My shares are with Barclays & I will find out how I can use my shares to vote down the motion.
