Hi Folks - In asking my question I was hoping for a figure at which point people felt confident that the SP would not drop below.When making my post I was looking at the amount of Buys (Blue) at the time & had hoped that 20p would be the final drop figure today & into next week.So we are now at 20p so after all of today's trading & late Buys (we think) is anyone hopeful we have finally reached the bottom.Regards to all. PS The 16th December could be interesting re the JR.

It was mentioned to me by e-mail from the MLT per below about something happening on the 16th December with regards the JR not sure what maybe it is to check all parties are ready for January.

The case was listed to facilitate all parties, and the Court Diary, at a Review in the High Court on 27th October 2022.
The matter is listed for review in court on 16 December 2022 and you may wish to contact DAERA after this date to establish if further information regarding the date of the hearing is available.

Hi Ollie - I agree I bailed out at $5 & broke even but my son is almost £3.8 k down & has given up & I am not sure why the tick down today however provided the major shareholder continues to put money in there is hope.Good luck.

For heaven sakes all this bickering on a Sunday I suggest everyone sits back & watch the SP gradually rise over the next year.With regards any questions on the awarding of designated bidder it is all just politics & will get MP’s noticed by their electorate that is about it. Regards to all.

Edit: Not sure what the 16th December is all about unless it is to check all documents are in.

LI KA Chemical/Oil Products Tanker now in Belfast & I also note that HERCA 1 General Cargo Ship is still in Belfast clearly not just in for a oil change.

Looking at the London Stock Exchange site the 250,000 was clearly a Buy.Bodes well for today.

Impressive film out today clearly the future is bright for all concerned & it clearly demonstrated how Appledore & others will be involved also there is clearly going to be a huge upgrade to H&W in Belfast.One day the SP will catch up just a matter of time.Regards to all.I have moved back to Strong Buy even though I do not have the funds to join in.

As I feared we are being punished for a overheated SP & the MM’s are tearing the heart out of it typical tree shake or what they think is the reality of the situation. As I said before I am Holding but will not be caught out again.Regards to all.

Hi Nobby31 - There are a number of us who respect your views & associations with the Company over what is now many years & it is good that you also think there is now hope which is what I believe.Good that you are still on board.For some I guess it is 'Buy' my position is currently 'Hold' which is what I am doing waiting for the next bump up in SP.

TortoiseHares - You have probably made one of the best posts of the day/evening & having been at the AGM earlier this year & having had a chance to speak to John Wood then & briefly since I can concur with your comments.In summary ' Harland & Wolff was a corpse but I think we are witnessing one of the biggest turnarounds since Lazarus !' Thank you.I am still Hold partly because that is what I am doing being completely maxed out.

Thanks Oranolio1 for your link & a very positive piece on H&W clearly indicating a re-rate over the near future & as Strike put it 150p very soon although I am sure the MM's will like to tease the SP up & down before we get there.We will soon know Monday morning where the market will take us.Its all been good news but H&W have now to 'repair' a woeful Balance Sheet before it can in my opinion lift off.We are now the preferred bidders within Team Resolute but from what I can see until contracts are signed future revenues cannot be booked into the pipeline & future revenues are not for a year or more so yet to be earned.However the size of the potential contract to be awarded to Team Resolute cannot be ignored & something seriously wrong would need to happen for the contract not to be signed.We can only wait for the ensuing weeks to see how things pan out.

A few interesting posts which sometimes feels like a Punch & Judy show is taking place. However getting back to basics my question is do we think the SP has been overcooked & that the MM’s will just walk the SP back down or do we think that there will be genuine interest next week on the basis that last weeks RNS’s were ground breaking for H&W & British Shipbuilding. Just asking. ps I am now saying Hold which where I stand.

I have been following this all morning while in Reading shopping & now back home.
I have to say that this is brilliant news for British shipbuilding , Northern Ireland & for us long term investors.
I have just messaged John Wood on LinkedIn congratulating him on this major achievement & can I suggest that in future anyone who wants to see for themselves who H&W are do as I did recently & attend the AGM's.
In addition I would like to thank stokey 12 for all of his recent posts.

Hi stokey12 - I agree with your last post I have always thought the date would be on this Thursday or after bearing in mind the size of the potential contract.In addition we still have no certainty that the FSS contract award expected to reach 'preferred bidder' soon would go to the team H&W are a part of.If we do not get to the expected 'preferred bidder' stage the SP will drop like a stone unless we have some form of other contract news that we have been expecting since the AGM.All to play for which is where we have been for a good number of years something I dearly hope will change now.
