FS sadly the SP is not up look at the sell to bid range. If no news Monday it will fall 0.075p.

Myles also said that this deal is moving more quickly and the due diligence questions are being answered.

I suspect due to not being on AIM the deal will be ready to sign before we get much detail.

I am not expecting anything in the next week or so on a sale or JV but it would be nice.

CB is hopefully holding out for the right deal. AFP rose 50% on no news and for once I'm with Iky and don't believe that Charles bloke is sincere I think he has a large stake in AFP.

We have loads of assets due to CB and some with licenses are no debt.

If we move higher we already have the warrants to raise much which will also happen even if we did get a $45 million + deal announced tomorrow.

The comments in the RNS were a side note I think for the placement and yes ideally it would be replicated but nothing in stone. CB did not say on a podcast this will definitely happen.

So let's chill or just sell up and understand your in the wrong stock.

I think releasing the 1p to shareholders will mean it won't be part of any deal.

Myles as confirmed that the 1p will be paid and they have another deal in the pipeline. It looks like Marula were not coming back with the due diligence questions answered to proceed and we ran out of time with AIM.

He definitely did not say September 2024 either but a woman did on a podcast in January 2024. Please, show your proof he actually did?

I thought Packwood was part of the funding round through the placement and if so they would have like for like warrants. Could be helping CB again in the AFP funding which also have like for like warrants attached.

The latest AFP RNS states that they will use funds to evaluate the construction of the mine now they have the licence so it shows there is still loads to do before you can mine even with a licence.

JDAU I agree CB gave no definite timescale to conclude a Luansobe deal just like it wasn't him who said we would be mining by September 2025.

TT yes we are now a private company and hence cannot be held in an ISA. However, it will be helpful to know if the shares need to be taken out. The company had no debt after the Toral sale but we took £150, 000 of debt during the period we could not sell Denarius shares to evaluate RTO's. I suspect this debt to have been paid off. Announcements will only be made on the website but we are not in administration so there is value if only small.

Yes, we are now in the dark but we don't get much news anymore anyway. We will save mone but the AIM listing was the big sell for the RTO with Marula. I think AIM regulation wouldn't give the time required to transact the deal. What next? It is not all lost yet and it depends on the cost to keep going which will be a lot lower and the Denarius SP. We might merge with another company for our tax losses which are considerably. I expect we have paid down our debts and it will be interesting to see the situation in April if EUZ issue interims.

So no wonder we fell 0.125p on Thursday with another large sale being shown yesterday.

Sorry silly post, you can't get your shares out of a pension

We still have the tax losses and assets to hand so there is a small value.

The shares being delisted will need to come out of your ISA but not your pension - depends on pension provider.

This will mean even if we do get any value from the company it will not take the losses incurred from within the ISA. The return of capital was good in that sense. I will enquire about get share certificates from both my ISA and Pension accounts if they are not allowed to be held.

Hi Shed, I think the AIM rules and time to complete got in the way. Marula RNS tried to put a spin on it.
