OMG having re read the RNS it says a ratio of 9 to 1 share rather than each Marula shareholder getting 9 for 1 EUZ shares. Suprised I was not pulled up on this. Marula was worth £11 million pre suspension which equates to over 1p a share. However, with funding in place and the benefits of the RTO it could be worth over £40 million or 4p a share for EUZ shareholders. This is massive and really does justify the spike in EUZ shares in SA. Merry Christmas everyone.

So when EUZ relists we will change our name to New Marula post RTO and pay divs in the 2nd quarter.

One issue for me is when I read the RNS for the transaction it says Marula shareholders get 9 for 1 EUZ and with over 3 times as many existing Marula shares in issue suggests EUZ gets 3%. However in articles they say 10%! Where is Shed when you need them?

Denarius shares up again and worth 0.75p a EUZ share. If the Marula assets can be worth 2p a EUZ share then we might have a combined value of 3.75p a share,

Having emailed EUZ I have received an email stating all assets will be redistributed to current EUZ shareholders before the RTO starts. So at the moment 2 million Denarius shares will also be distributed depending if anymore sales have not been done. The RNS to me was a bit unclear. 2 million shares are worth around £680,000 or another 0.68p a share.

I expect all existing shareholders will get the same number of new shares before the Marula transaction. The new shares could be valued at anything between 0.5p and 2.5p IMO. Very uncertain to predict.

This is a surprise because KAV have had 5 drilling nightmares in the region. So for them to get a JV partner shows how desirable the area still is. KAV amazingly worth £30 million with very little to show for it.

So we get 1p back per shareholding February and a few Denarius shares later. The new listings starts before tha capital dispersion date and completion of the RTO soon after. A bit disappointed we did not get 1.5p but I expect the 2 million Denarius shares are being used as a small sweetener to the Marula shareholders.

So Prem was recommended on this board by Iky 3 years ago at 0.7p. Currently, the price taking into account the consolidation into account is 0.003p a 99.57% decrease. A few months later Iky said the CB should take some pointers from the then Prem CEO. Prem are going bankrupt due to a bad deal by the Chinese. CB do the right deal not a desperate one.

Yes , the old shares are delisted and capital returned.

If RTO goes ahead we get new shares and issue a shed load of shares to buy Marula but Marula are still in charge.

The company will give out all the assets left to current shareholders. Marula pays for the RTO and Marula shareholders receive 9 new EUZ shares we get 1 new share for each old EUZ share we held.

Currently JSE values EUZ at around 3.5p and I think that is about right. The 1.75p capital to be returned and 1.75p price for the new EUZ shares on returning to the market.

The $5,575725 is the valuation on comletion of the Toral assets

In the accounts it had an initial valuation of the shares of $5,575,725 Aus which equates to $0.737 Cad per Denarius shares

We sold our 3.5 million at $0.55 Cad, 2.9p per Denarius share

We might well have sold out because when suspended we sold 2 million before the results end of June without it being RNS'd.

So 2p is possible but it might be anything between 1.5 and 2.2 in the end

So Denarius shares are at $6.7 Canadian or 3.6p. If and this is a big if we still have 5.5 million of them they are worth almost £2 million or approximately 2p a EUZ share. Maybe we will get 2p a share back and an investment in Marula!
