So I have noticed many trades going though close to the mid and a sell which I think suggests the MM's are holding back the SP for a large buy trade to go through. AIMO

So we've not had a follow up RNS from the results note stating that Luansobe and Ka****u were close to a sale over the next 5 months. At the time I thought that we would not get a RNS until after the AGM but didn't post anything because posting negative comments is self-defeating and extremely stupid on a share you own. Now we are a week post AGM we could get news any day.

The BZT H&G mine demonstrates what CB can achieve.

We look like we need to spend a lot of money on exploration.

The possible 2 sales Luansobe and Ka****u are primed to sell but at what price and how much do we need to keep aside for further exploration?

We have to keep £20 million of profits before we can pay a dividend and would this be enough for exploration?

The most intriguing thing for me is we seem ready to spend loads of money on exploration which to me suggests we are very close to a substantial monetization and even a possible one off dividend.

Good news for BZT and thier finance agreement of $7 million being announced. Interesting to look at the NPV of $46.5 million which indicates a sale price. This is a good barometer of what CB is looking for Luansobe. Although, at no stage can I recall BZT ever wanting to sell H&G or interest from other parties. Luansobe's on many occasions as been touted of interest and we all know about mines/processing close by. BZT have to transport their rock 190 km for processing.

MM we will not lose everything.

It will save AIM fees and reduce reporting fees. In fact the cost should be negligible going forward. However, ISA's are not allowed private companies in the wrapper so they might need to be taken outside into a non ISA account or transferred into your own name and sent a certificate which you pay for. Pension funds should be OK. This might suit Myles to wait for the right price to sell the Denarius shares and then send over the cash. If we miss the 14th deadline and don't receive the Denarius shares or announce to give the timeline of the company being dissolved then we wait on the sale of Denarius shares and probably at a much higher price. The main issue might be the low SP price used when the shares are taken out of the ISA and capital gains due on a cash payment.

If you look at the RNS it says he went from zero to 5.1% which would suggest that they sold out. Thisi is the man who bought just before it 10 bagged.

Iani the big holder probably sold out in 2017 but now is back having made a fortune while others bought in. A dividend cannot be paid until we have £20 million in profits to elliminate the losses going forward in the accounts.

Rodney I will filter you but I bought in in 2020. I first of all bought at around 0.4p and then sold out at a £1,000 profit. I then came back and paid a higher price of 0.8p due to the Kalahari licenses for peanuts and again sold out most of them before the 2.6p peak at a very good profit and posted that i had sold out too soon. When the price dropped I bought in big and have a substantial holding. In 2017 GLR was a nothing company with no future living only on the backs of Birds prior success. Today it is full to the brim of some amazing assets with lots of potential.

So sell up you moron what else is there to do! Your acting like a little a child. Why did you invest in GLR. I suspect for a quick buck with no knowledge about what they are doing. GLR have limited cash to spend on all 8 assets at once but they have great potential that one day should be very rewarding. Again another idiot giving a company they own shares in a bad name. JL I realise CB had no choice with the sale of Glenover but I think we would get so much more today.

A sale of the JV could be large but there is no reason why we don't get 100% of the deeper deeps in the settlement of the JV and this might be the tricky part of the deal valuing the deeper deeps.

I have been invested in many AIM exploration companies and CB is the best at conserving cash. However, on occasions what's predicted in the ground doesn't follow and that is always a risk. Hence, IMO interest in BZT is ripping at the moment because the mining is on course for production regardless of size comparisons. GLR can definitely have that moment and CB knows this. CB completed a good deal on the Kalahari licenses and in hindsight we should have got more for Glenover but he did the deals and there are many more to be done IMO.

So we were suspended from AIM 14th May so we will need to announce a plan by 14th November or suspension from AIM will be final. Myles I suggest you get on with distributing the Denarius shares.

JL I don't think the deep deeps with possibly 1.5 million tones of contained copper will be in the sale. It would be too difficult to put a price on it and it is the sort of area we would be buying in the future.

Unlike BZT's H&G I don't believe we will be producing copper at Luansobe. It will either be sold outright or JV'd to a bigger company who will manage it. For me the only issue is the price and with copper on an upward path this can only help.

Luansobe is not having RNS's about sorting or funding but instead a note in the results stating a possible sale is being sort. There are many miners around Luansobe that would want a deal and GLR has 8 other assets to concentrate on, it doesn't want to spend too much time on Luansobe! I don't think any other of CB's companies are in GLR position.

Only my opinion but we will see.

JL I was initial worried about the large trades yesterday but I think the first 2 were simultaneous trades putting money in an ISA. The first trade is 0.8p and the second 0.8005 so slightly higher. You naturally think the sell comes first and the valuation of trades are under £20,000. Additionally, the 3 trades did not hit the SP.

It's done is confirm is that it has the licence, a sorting machine and once funding is announced (someone quoted £15 million on the BZT posts) they are ready to go.

Luansobe is not a million miles away but we have to remember BZT was worth around £2.5 million last year and we are worth £12 million. So a £10 million uplit to say 1.6p could be a possible on a similar basis to BZT without considering the other 8 assets. However, Luansobe I think will be sold for a lot more say £40 or 50 million.

So BZT hit 11 today and the sell price is 3 times what I sold out at - that hurts. It is irrelevant what I think about BZT single asset compared to GLR's because the investors over the fence have made a 5 bagger over 12 months and GLR as gone sideways.

Just wait a minute BZT was on the floor 12 months ago a proper dog with little hope and run by that terrible Colin who doesn't care about shareholders. BZT had been waiting I think over 2 years for this license and during the 2 years Colin did have a plan. The area of the licenses is around the size of both the Luansobe licenses and the deeps but not the deep deeps. However, BZT as not announced any JORC upgrade, funding arrangements all it'
