A lot of these types of convertible loans don't have a minimum price to convert and is variable so the company forward sells but these convertible loans do have a convertible SP price 30% higher at 1p.

FS why would you forward sell or short at 0.7p and then pay 1p to buy them back? So I can't see forward selling as happened.

I am extremely happy with management due to the excellent assets we hold that they purchased.

I am in no hurry for management to start a fire sale and I also think copper and zinc will head higher.

Yes stocks, 6 months ago Prem had 9.3 billion in shares issued and next week it will be over 38 billion - talk about dilution on steroids. Our dilution is 5/6 % if all tranches are used. The Cinease backer is waiting to force Prem bankrupt when the mine is finally opporational

Prem might rerate but the short selling stopped them going bus which is still likely.

Companies funding Prem need to keep short selling so that they raise money to keep the lights on without the short selling Prem goes bust

Why on earth would GLR want a no shorting clause when the SP is already 30% lower than the converted price unless there is good news around the corner and why would Sanderson agree to pay a 30% premium.

BZT have had a £700,000 convertible with Sanderson.

BZT also had a £250.000 equity funding only 2 weeks before the issue of the H&G licence at a 59% premium to current price.

BZT raised a small amount a few weeks before very good news which started their mega rise. Many posted that CB should have waited and achieved lower dilution but following a really good RNS with a placement knocks the SP and shatters sentiment

I disagree that it was a desperate funding Cyber for the simple reason is that the exercise price would not be over 30% higher than the mid price Friday evening at 1p. It would be at a discount. It is at a better price than last year when the price was 0.8p. This is why the SP rose initially but it wasn't the Luansobe RNS that many are counting on and which doesn't look like it will come for a while

Shorting is not a problem short -term because the SP needs to get above 1p to start with. Why you short below 1p if you're going to pay 1p.

The short is to stop them shorting if the SP gets over 1p and is getting momentum under better sentiment and good news.

FS I don't see this as a desperate funding raise from a desperate company with no assets like Prem. I see it as better funding than last year when the 20% discount would have meant a funding price of 0.625p not 1p. I also believe wrongly or rightly good news is coming and best to get the funding out of the way.

I think CB would sell 253 for £10 million in cash but you never get 100% cash instead you would only get £1 million cash and a % of a JV

The traders don't like the RNS and will/should move on. The proper LTH sit tight or buy more if they can.

Another view is that the management is aware that the worry of a placement will effect the SP during the summer whilst other good RNS's are released damaging sentiment. BS love sending a placement post. This RNS rules out another find raise this year. The SP might now have a chance to build some momentum and allow some warrants to be excercised to raise funds at 1.6p.

Don't be surprised if we get a good development RNS even next month.

The very short -term view is a deal to sell an asset like Luansobe is at least one month away and so the traders are unhappy.

The short -term view is there looks like a deal or share increasing development is upon us before the end of this year.

The good news about Molefe as not countered the shocking behaviour from so called LTH so the SP is extremely cheap whilst raising funds. This is what you get when sentiment is on its knees.

I value the huge number of assets, management and have just purchased another 900,000 at 0.74p. If I was unhappy I would not post and take action by selling down. Put your money where your mouth is.

The warrants will lapse in probably 18 months and I think if we don't get a 3 times multiple by then I will be disappointed. The sentiment needs to improve substantially and we all have our own opinion on that.

Correct WW you only need to look at BZT. BZT are excersing warrants less than a fifth of the current price. GLR's share price will need to be 3 or 4 times higher and stay there for months for warrants to be excercised. Additionally, warrants are not excercised all on the same day. The majority of warrants in companies lapse but for crying out loud let's hope these don't

If the warrants are to be issued the SP will need to at least double and we get over £3 million. This would be amazing while we get good deals for our assets a no brainer for most people
