I have seen Incanthera has today announced its launch date of 11 August for its new skincare brand. I am guessing Tim has been more involved with that and think that promotion was running behind. I think sucess for Incanthera would mean more money to Immupharma in the warrants. Hopefully with that out the way Tim can go through the gears in Immupharma.

Richie, The export licence is just one missing piece in the jigsaw but there are others. Please remember that Kodal only have a 49% stake in KMUK the lithium miner so it is Hainan with 51% that calls the shots. When you add in the low Market value of spodumene there may be little rush from Hainan to get on. In addition the Mali Government with a stake are also looking to get the best deal. Worryingly for investors Bernard said in his last investors presentation that the plan for Stage 2 to build a bigger mining facility for KMUK which will come out of profits from KMUK, I think he said a further £120m so KMUK will not be paying these profits to Kodal. In addition there is thought to be a big seller in Kodal rumoured to be Suay Chin who have reduced from 14% to 10% and may or may not still be selling. What I don't understand is why Bernard is putting off the exploration of gold whilst there is this opportunity? It will turn good but a lot of patience is needed. Looking from another angle it would be in Hainan's interests to keep the value of KMUK down if it is their intention to buy out Kodal's 49% but that could be the biggest boost to the share price.

The accounts as posted on the Avacta website now includes the Auditors Report. I was keen to see what views they had on the Directors views on Going Concern (see page 57)? For a start they have included the same line twice in the penultimate paragraph. This is such a poor error that anyone reading the report can see it immediately and doesn't boost confidence in their work. On to the main subject. It is not contested that the company have said they do not have enough cash to go through to 31 December 2026. The Directors (Note 1a Page 75) have stated they have a reasonable expectation that the required funding will be forthcoming but have not given any details. So what are the auditor's responsibilities? For public interest entities, etc

and other entities subject to the governance requirements of The Companies (Miscellaneous Reporting) Regulations 2018:

For such entities, the auditor is also required to include an explanation of how the auditor

evaluated management's assessment of the entity's ability to continue as a going concern and,

where relevant, key observations arising with respect to that evaluation. Have the auditors done that? Read page 58 and make your own conclusions.

Any outcome is possible here but investors will be working out the most likely outcome. The Times article was very confident that there wouldn't be an offer from Sidara until the audit is signed off. I am sure Sidara's advisers would say the same so it would take a very brave call from Sidara to go against their advice. It could happen but it is not the most likely outcome. So an extension until the audit is signed off and suspension of the shares, maybe on the same day the extension is announced. How long suspension? Own judgements here but assuming the worst minimum 3 months perhaps max 6 months. When suspension is lifted I am expecting a big jump in the share price either Sidara offer accepted or refinancing. Just a question of how investors feel about owning shares through suspension. For those who think the share price is cheap, remember the adage "the share price doesn't lie".

Phew now we have the RSU's issued we can now get the Flow Test underway. No connection between the 2 events of course, who would think of such a thing! Got my top up done.

The RNS dated 22 Jan does say the first tests will start in Q1 2025, which I take to mean before 31 March. I think a little bit of Corp Govenance to get out the way first, I am expecting an RNS on Share Option awards, especially with the new CEO. I think absolutely normal, any other company would do it.

There is of course the AGM on 24 March to be held at their offices at Oxford which is about 30 minutes away for me. That gives the bod a maximum of about 6 weeks to pull a rabbit out of the hat. In practical terms I think they have to publish their resolutions 3 weeks before the AGM so that only gives them a shorter time period. If there is no news before the AGM, I wouldn't want to be a Director at that meeting!
