My view is that whilst there is radio silence the deal is still on track. My feeling is that Tim was hoping the in house scientific evidence and perhaps 3rd party evidence would be enough for buyers to review hence a deal could be fast tracked but the suitors wanted to do their own testing and the deal moved over to the slow track. Hoping for news in March.

Key message here is "silence is golden". My ideal outcome would be a first email headed up "Response to media speculation" and confirming that the company have received an approach from x and the usual get out clause there can be no certainty that an offer will be made.

Agreed. I sold my meager holding today as I think the share price is too low for a certain yes vote. Logic tells me it will go through but the share price sugests it is not clear cut. If it is no then anything could happen. If the price drops I will buy in again.

Can't understand yesterday's price movement, there must have been a lot waiting to get out. I am happy with a 0.5p raise per day until the General meeting. Turnover doesn't seem as high as I would have expected so far.

Whilst waiting and dreaming of good news, if a deal comes off as described by Tim then I think there will be a case for nominating an annual celebration day in the name of our Chief Scientific Officer. Apart from the financial benefit of the shareholders I am also thinking of the many whose health will benefit from P140. It should go further, perhaps Sir Sebastien? Don't want to get ahead of myself here.

Way too much bickering going on here! I look in hoping for some insights but realistically from the last RNS there is unlikely to be any update from the company now until the big RNS stating a deal of some sort has been done. In the meantime, I am expecting the price to drift slowly down as this is AIM. Those wishing to knock the company or the Director will be out in force until a positive announcement is made.

Page 14 of the May 25 presentation states "Stage 2 Floatation Plant - Funded with cash flow from Stage 1". If this has been suprceeded in writing I would be grateful to see it.

Joe. On the $100m I think you are almost right. Bernie said that KMUK will be retaining profits to pay for Stage 2 and Kodal's share would be $100m. So that money can't be paid up to Kodal. Technically Kodal's value in KMUK will increase.

Yesterday I was thinking the doom mongers may be right and had lined up a sale at 31p. Luckily I decided to wait and so pleased I did. Let that be a lesson to me, if the fundamentals of a share look good there may be short term turbulence but keep the belief.

General Meeting to be held on 23 October. I can't see the accounts being ready for then as the Directors won't want to face questions at that meeting and it may be a condition of signing off the accounts that the Resolution is passed? So that leaves a week between the end of the month and it is a condition of Sid the accounts are signed off by 31 October or the deal falls through. Sid could extend but things looking tight.

This is quite straightforward, when the accounts are published other investors might make an improved offer. If they do then great hopefully a bidding war. If they don't see value in Wood then they won't and Sid will get it at 30p. It is no good saying it should be worth more if no one else comes in. Don't forget that the price was suspended at 18.44p which was what the market thought of it at the time.

We went into suspension because the accounts were not filed. The terms state that the accounts must be filed by the end of October or deal is off, so I am expecting the accounts will be filed and suspension will be lifted? Am I missing something? I would think price coming back on return at slight discount say 27p unless MMs think another approach coming so could be higher? Also I have read that there won't be a vote just approval by court order? Not sure where that has come from.

I have always thought the Sidara offer would be conditional on the accounts. If it wasn't and the RNS says they have done all their DD then why not make the offer on Saturday? I think Wood were trying their hardest to get the accounts signed off last week which is why there was no RNS on Friday. Why then only give a PUSU deadline of 3 days? In my view the accounts are close to being signed off and then we will be able to see how bad they are and if the Sidara offer is fair.
