Horgan took payment in shares not too long ago and today he has diluted himself.He usnt in this to dilute his holding so one would assume there is a paybday somewhere and everything is starting to point to Ghana and clons other oil and gas interests i suspect they are all lumped together for a partner.

I personally think this mornings rns waffle about Lithium is to keep the focus away from Ghana for now.

Nobody would lend 1.3 million to pay wages .There had to have been something to convnce the lender that they could turn a profit on their 2 billion shares and its going nowhere without news .

Shares admitted to trading on thursday...will the australians want to sit in for the medium to longterm or are they wanting a quick buck like the last raise.I suspect its the quick buck and if so the rns ommiting an update on ghana may well be pivotal.A good update on ghana with jv and timelines on ratification could see a good increase from todays prices..

No obvious reason for it goingback up on volume other than news coming..How else could he sell the story to the australians.?

Another point is the raise was again in australia and they quickly sold them last time they raised but that was on the back of news ie sasanof.Without news this time around they cannot dump.on that basis i would expect news quite soon.ghana or australia as DH has covered bolivia in this mornings update.

Everything was agreed on ghana years ago and it was awaiting ratification so im not sure what discussions will have been about .A partner perhaps as that would need government approval.

Trading will be high no doubt but it will be interesting to see where the sp goes today.Just my thoughts but i think fridays volume and rise might have been about more than todays placing .we will see over the next few weeks.

Pump and dumps usually are over and done in a day or two so if the volume continues it may indicate a placing or it may be news led.A placing or fundjng is needed and Clon have nothing to offer in terms of Tano2.That means there has to be a partner or better still someone to take Tano off our hands.Or tano chad and nigeria.I would prefer it taken off us for a nice earner but a jv would also be a company maker.

Could be a pump and dump but also might be some news coming .no way of knowing unless you are inside.you will be ok either way asimpleinvestor as you sold your core holding but you still have your MOT money holding..A couple of hundred quid tops?

Once ratified i would assume a jv would follow very quickly.Petrel resources having some volume today and the only common interest between the two companys is Ghana.

I do hope ART starts putting some positive rns,s out.Unfortunately the negativity around problems with pressures and waxing etc alongside constant funding rns,s has held back any real movement inthe sp.The bopd HAS to start increasing and the Jv needs to be completed or be put behind us.Arts hope to cknclude befire end of october was not helpful and the ongoing RBL delays is again creating too much uncertainty.I really do expect that the end of Q1 has to see a resolution if all these matters i have raised .

The unknown is news could come anytime as happened with the australian drill so its not an exact science.Spikes can be engineered as well .
