So after all this time the affadavits arent ready.How ridiculous.Ive been suggesting on this platform that the ML has been a stalling device as the group coming in on the caverns isnt ready just yet...Its the responsibility of the relevent parties to get their evidence etc to the hearing on time and lets be honest its not like it has been a rush job.

John Wood stated he had high expectations that the judicial reveiw would favour harl so i cant see why harl would request a delay.

Afternoon Tilburn.i understand what your saying .im just sharing my thoughts.i only have around 30kshares bought at circa 33p..I do see all the positives and my agenda is i want the sp to rise and makes some cash .i think the points i made in an earlier post covered both sides of the coin which is something we have to consider when investing..You wont see any emails from the company posts from me although it happens a lot from posters so i can see your logic..I repeat i think the JV is almost a make or break situation because Art has put it out there so a failure on a jv would be a disaster for the sp.in my veiw .

So when John Wood statedca couple of months ago that the progress made on the gas caverns was more important to harl than the recent defence contract was he telling lies.??
Secondly therevare alternatives to the marine licence according to to John Wood .The marine licence is purely about salt discharge into the sea. The alternatives im guesding will navigate around the discharge issue surely.We have a top Barrister that has been in place for 18 months or more and the storage of gas /hydrogen is of national importance .I can only reiterate that the ML issue is purely stalling .

Just to add to my earlier post.The jv company is looking at the new discovery i assume and not our other assets.However it may be that they are looking at the whole show.Whichever the outcome it will be a reflection of just how valuable or not our wyoming assets are going forward.No Jv would suggest that what Art is spinning us is exaggerated and misleading whereas a positive jv result would back up his claims .Hence why for me this JV will make us or break us..Final Due dilligence is good and the jv company will probably have dipped their toe in the water when art first knew about the new discovery and that is quite a while before we were told..The sp in my veiw goes nowhere until the results of the jv are announced.

No one could disagree that from an investinment perspective this company has been dismal.Consolidation then more dilution and absolutely no real increase in what we can source from selling our shares..Promises or suggestions of 5kbopd by last christmas have failed miserably.
The positives are also clear to see with cuda completed and issues with gas and waxing now alledgedly almost behind us .The jv talk has given hope hiwever Art has a habit of promising much before the reality arrives , if at all.
Patience has already been exhausted but i feel that the majority of negative issues could be behind us now and the next 12 months has clear potential to deliver healthy rewards.Jv is crucial now.

John Wood ssid they had other alternative solutions should the ml gails so if thats the case just get on with the caverns without the Marine licence and if its in our favour fine if not put the alternatives in to ay..Its all been a stalling excuse and yhats because other matters in relation to whomever is coming in on the FID, is whats holding yhis up .The marine licence us complete and utter fudge.

Ml sorted first and then we will find out what the trades are all about.

I dont think many listen to the fruitcakes anymore , they are predictable and easy to spot .whatever is playing out or not at clon will not be affected by anyone on a bulletin board.

I genuinly wouldnt know how to put a value on the oil aspect becausebwe dont really know what clon are involved with.
