The 1.3 million money raise RNS.Did anyone else find it strange that DavidHorgan almost ignored Ghana,he spoke at length about bolivia and yet very little mention of Ghana.Something about that got my interest.
I believe the plackng shares hit the market tomorrow.Its usually the assumption that the placing shares are flipped for a quick profit which without news would be difficult.
Someone suggested end of Q1 might be a good tme to pick up a holding here (cant recall who).
I will find it interesting to see what the australians plan is for the 2 billion shares.

I agree riseandshine.Playing the spikes and bringing your average down is good investing .Building a larger stake which ultimately has cost very little and taking profits is essential...best of luck .

Riseand shine...I dont know if you recall but clon was in on the bid round in nigeria a while ago and it was with a consortium.The same consortium may be in on Tano2 and maybe chad .The australians letting clon in on 10% was more than just the 3.5 million in my veiw and i believe the sasanof drill was more about the data hence a plug and abandon stance before the drill.If the tano2 is to be ratified and we announce a partner is it feasible that the pet resources 30% will be bought out and an ageing teeling pockets a huge payday .He recently picked up a significant amount of shares in the concert party conclusion.
I am hugely positive here and maybe the western gas company are part of the consortium .If so i see a very good future here.

We have already established its not a loan.The point is clon have now got 1.3 million .australian Brokers have 2 billion shares.The brokers must have thought the 2 billion shares at a value of 0.065p would be worth more than 0.065 p in the future which i see as a positive.I doubt they would have committed the 1.3 million unless they had confidence that it was a good investment and add to that the fact the company appears like it is expecting revenues. My point is these appear to be positive developments.Thats it .Simple .No need for all the waffle you are posting.In the interests of other posters who must be bored senseless by our interactions i will leave it at that.

My situation and the "brokers"situation has a difference.When i invested i bought shares from already issued shares wheras the broker has been issued new shares ie dilution and that dilution has allowed the company not only to survive but hopefully also to have the capital for its projects.I invested on the back of what was in the public domain whereas i cannot believe that the Brokers /investors rely solely on whats in the public domain.

Im no expert Eagle bit its my understanding that companys usually employ a financial controller when they expect or reach revenues of one million a year.Happy to be corrected on that figure .Is it possible we could be partenering on the oil and gas interests and part of that deal includes a share of said partners revenues?

The sassnof result worked out fine for the 3.5 million lender because they had rinsed most if not all of their shares .bingo!..i suspect they are on for another bingo because wether or not you agree the lender will know gar more than you or I.Although i can only speak for myself.What you know i would only be guessing.

The last placing was on the 27th april 2022.
On the 9th may 2022 the aquisition of 10% of sasanof was announced.
Kind of suggests they knew of the aquisition of the 10% before the lender commited the 3.5 million.
The lender made a healthy profit.

A simpleinvestor of course its 'If".unless you are inaude there is no way of knowing.howevee is it not fair to assume that the lender of 1m3 million" knows" he/she WILL make a profit.So anyone in at 0.065 will also make a profit.

Agree.After all these years im sure Art has had enough and the major company approaching maybe was his hope and with cuda sorted there would be few obstacles..Maybe a cash offer with shares in the incoming company attached.

Would it be a suprise if Art just sold the lot off in one go.
