Sounds like a plan Belgrano , there could well be some opportunities for the switch but timing will be the key thing for holders to work out.

Last year at ISA time I gained a 20p benefit as I sold from nominee and bought in ISA , so am guessing there will be similar opportunities on this occasion.

Worst case at least not be on the wrong side during the switch.

It's quite a few limited companies in Russia all with their own supplier contracts , banking setups , employee contracts and so on. Don't think it is that simple

What you mean to say DC is that you would like to buy the shares sub 100p , and there is a difference between what you would like and what is going to happen.

It has been mentioned on other boards that active holders will be fine as they will know about this and only passive holders might have this problem.
