If there are two options, it will depend on what the individual holder wants as each option has pros and cons. In the LSE document, you don't have voting rights, I don't generally vote anyway so not a problem.

Strange you mention them they were on my watch list in the 11p range I think around 2010 maybe 11 not quite sure and shot to 15p and I ended up taking them off my watch list.
