WRT the prospectus, I will write to GR today and failing a reasonable response I will follow up with FCA also citing the unusual relationship there seems to be with the investor group and GR providing price sensitive information.

Nap, thanks for those 2 responses. My question was not when was the holding company set up but when did they buy it? They may not have been coincident.

Nap, they are saying they weren’t terminated under the contract but told to go home and wait. They didn’t work. Not worried about that but if a substantive claim under previous contract falls to the successive owner that would be. In fairness, the legal side of Prem have never been the issue but the finance and delivery has. A Magistrate has required the correct process to take place and held the evictions. Again, how long have the badgers owned it? Does GR have any connection to badger or their current owners? As for Zimbabwe bonds, I will reserve comment.

Mal, the reason is most who have held for a long time believe zero of what GR says will happen will actually happen.
Most were positive until RHA got moth balled after GR said all was on track. If he wasn’t lying, at the very least he was negligent in his oversight of he company.
This on top of the totally atrocious finance deal which we had to buy ourselves out of.
