Wolf you say there is not debt. which in essence is both true and false. But the real debt is the dilution shareholders have had to suffer at the hands of Roach to get here. Now we all know junior miners will raise funds but shopping sprees on real estate, Mozambique holiday lodges and now the honey badger (sure thats a euphemism for something else) is just poor management when we have a DFS to fund and an expensive XRT sitting idle.

I have never said to anyone buy or sell or "believe in the story" etc.
Look at the history and look at the BOD. Believe the BOD and the history looks credible. Then if so take your chances. If not...well thats your choice.

So to cut a long story short, the BOD not only put a realistic plan in place and carry it out while taking ownership of previous poor governance.
The KMe deal, I’m still not sure about but the honey badge purchase is one we shouldn’t be doing. If we had 15 mill in the bank and project funding in place for RHA Zulu and Katete I’d maybe have a different point of view. So I only see this as dilution for what will be a minimum amount of drilling to add to the current data.
RHA sign off not happened, $6 million not happened, RHA on C and M. Getting all fired up on a fund raise Hasn’t shown we are on a path to success, more like the same old same old.
CF could lose every penny in this share and would still stay all is on track. Delusional. Smiley smiley was obviously someone else before and we can take educated guesses and remind ourselves what happened there.

KME were issued shares by volume and a declared price. You telling me prem will get full amount of drilling at the amount in the rns? I would guess not as I can’t see KME adding cash to make up the difference.
What will happen is an accounting expertise to equate to the cost minus the discount. In reality we will get less drilling than the full amount.

Don’t see how a thousand bb posts is important. The share price is what determines whether a buy was a good investment or not.

The arbiter of what is right or wrong in a publically traded share is the ability to meet investor guidance provided by the BOD and to add value in terms of an increasing share price or divi.
