Smile the plant is not fully optimised as it hasn’t had anywhere near the volume put through it.
Gr spent and raised for the shaft improvements and gave figures based on underground and open pit. Pumps wore away and pit didn’t deliver. Underground didn’t provide the volume or the grade. Gr has over egged the cake and not delivered anything.
Now after a year we have not a deal on RHA % and have now the new undeclared deal of cash with what attached on conditions a dodgy fund raise that didn’t get to the proposed goal and a shifty interview.

Smile, circum shares aren’t easily tradable and if we sold now prior to an ipo we’d get our pants pulled down.
The ipo itself has been subject of many carrot moments and will this be any different?
Back in 2017 GR caused a spike with JV talks and shareholders being a jv partner would effectively be the same except shareholders retain more control. Something I’m sure gr wouldn’t want.

Hi Moljen, a good post. I agree with most of what you said but for there to be a shareholder funded dfs at Zulu the shareholders must be effectively the Jv partner and take a percentage at project level. I wouldn’t put a penny if the control of the project was under prem in its current guise.

I’m not sure I believe investor pressure had any effect on GR. Even as self obsessed/deluded as he is, he couldn’t justify the carnage that deal would have done to the shares in issue.

Out of interest, if prem do not meet the production target set by zimgov, are there any penalty clauses?
Maybe shareholders need to set a penalty clause on BoD renumeration if they do not set and meet guidance targets.

I used to work on large engineering projects and if the project manager didn’t deliver, he was out on his arse and replaced with someone who could.
