These deals can be really bad news as seen in 2 previous companies unless then have some stupendous news to prevent the downward pressure on the share price.
We also don’t know if Schroders bought the increased holding or have been trading it down on the news black out.
Us as shareholder need the board to keep dilution to an absolute minimum and without there own cash invested I find it hard to believe they have the same motivation. They want the salary perks pension and freebies shares when the tech comes good.

Crystal, one thing is for certain is that we need that $6milllion second we need GR to walk.
RHA operators agreement needs signing and mineral needs excavating. If you look at the prior documents issued by GR he has proved time and again he’s not someone who can bring projects to conclusion. The BOD have to take the blame as well.
RHA is good to go but I feel shareholders have been lied to over the real situation while gr has taken huge salary for failures.
Zulu world class? We don’t know yet and lithium is valuable now and going by GRs progress we will never see that value. KME maybe the way forward but HBG certainly wasn’t.
Let’s see if we get the cash as it’s all achedemic if we don’t.

It was an assumption this morning that Schroders paid for the share from the placing but could they have traded by selling down some stock and hoovering up the stops?
Maybe a question to ask if they participated in the fund raise at the AGM and buy how much.

Fighting here does no good but if there was an underlying reason to run this down and the CLNs are one I'd be concerned.
We can all agree that the progress has been slow, the comms poor and the share price is on its arse.
The BOD must have some answers as to what they are going to do to add shareholder value with timescales.
If the current CEO on his salary can't do it then its time to oust him along with his bonuses.
Quite annoyed I can't make it again....
