RE: Shareholder group.1 May 2019 16:27
Ok Bumble, the plan would be to as a group decide on the most pressing issue affecting shareholders which in my view(which may be irrelevant if the group decided otherwise) to use the large shareholding by the group to persuade the BOD to improve XYZ as decided. To use the best attributes of group members to examine issues, ie PR Finance renumeration.
Example, the state of play with regard to testing. I couldn't make the meeting yesterday as I work abroad but the figures given really should have been notified as I believe they were significant. This shareholder group could choose what ever and take 1 item at a time forward to try to bolster the share price by improving the conduit of info and applying pressure where required. Rennocks seemed disrespectful to shareholders by all account and bringing some pressure to him out of respect to those who have put their hands in their pocket would be welcome and only numbers will do that. The main concern of shareholders after the terrible SP and could this be a way of improving it.
The key is I'm only getting people to get together. What we would do would need to be the group majority consensus.
