Require 10% for an EGM which we don't currently have. Numbers climbed very quickly over the last few days and many in providing proof of holding have increased what they originally declared.
In the mean time comms is the next best option I think.

You have been told enough times here that the MMs don't tag the share transaction with BUY OR SELL. It is a function of the share price at the time. If you don't like it the call the Government. Or just stop making it look like a conspiracy to hide the truth....

As time moves on, more competitors will come to the market place and this is why we need to be out there building market reputation while developing new cutting edge tech. Lets hope its coming soon.

CF im still waiting for substantive proof of that on the EPO area, ie drill result or previous exploration company but you are yet to supply anything other than a generic area of ZIM map and an e mail from GR who as we all know can let his er enthusiasm get in the way of subsequent fact...

The general idea is the directors look after the company and a healthy company is good for shareholders.

Reonin, the fiduciary responsability is to the company but directly to the shareholders. I had a good link on this which I was trying to find.
As for jumping to the BODs defence, I wouldn't do that either as I've seen the damage to the share price has done to peoples finances. Truly shocking in some cases. But this is why I'm trying to push comms with the company in any form I can to get the messages moving both ways.
