It must be said that companies have a duty to report any news that is likely to affect the share price by 10%. That is the threshold determined for listed companies.
On a positive note, with commercial partners in place for supply chain items like electrodes and flow plates, we have to be close. Which does beg the question why Eugene is selling. He really doesn’t need the money.

Personally I think it is clear why I didn’t receive a reply from AFC directly, they don’t want to engage in that line of comms with investors.
I do believe the RNS with the invitation to shareholders was a form of response to pacify us.
What my main concern is why do they not run a more positive PR campaign. ITM seem good at this.
It’s been frustrating and yes there were tech issues that needed resolving but it must be close to receiving orders now and this is what us and the market need to see. Next letter is being formulated.

Mr Bond, you need to keep the share price ascending to prevent this sort of thing if thats what's happening.

Agreed but with Oftem proposal to cap divi it could be another way to pay investors and use the funds retained from divi to pay down debt.

FCI, that may or may not be true. The price was down in the 3s and I bought 2 tranches at the lows. If I was a trader type I should have probably sold those on Monday.
There really isn’t enough volume to say it’s been snuffed out in my view, the RNS was good in my opinion but the real test will be when sales are announced. We’ll see how those with shares to spare act then.

I think he should make a basic response that the the RNS answers the letter etc but I don’t know what he’s like as I haven’t met him. I may at the demonstration day though....

IQ1.57 it’s not been bashed, GR ****ed things up with starvation of cash at Zulu, not doing his research at RHA, buying ****ing forest, getting gold fever with Casa, lending cash we don’t have, taking truly awful financial borrowing decisions etc etc.
He his own company!

So freebies. If the price goes up he buys and takes a profit.if not they lapse, he’s invested nothing and has nothing to lose. Not an indication of his belief in the company.

I’ve always wondered why GR uses regent e mail not prem?
Maybe if any subsequent investigation it would be more difficult to access and investigate....
