Paulo, its lazy regulation from the government and the FCA. They can be bothered or are unwilling to regulate that trades have a specific buy or sell tag attached so a computer algorithm guesses based on share price at the time.

A reverse take over could serve MNH well as it would reduce the costs of an IPO for them. The big issue is the dilution for shareholders here and what position GR would have in the new entity. All rampant speculation, though they do have income. If it were to come true then the Circum should be left for current shareholders benefit.
