If you look at the course of sales for PM8 on the ASX over the last two days, you will notice most of the sales are quite small ie below 2,000 shares per trade, which would indicate that it is Day Traders selling out because they can't be bothered with opening up an International Account and having to trade on London with its higher transaction fees.

The sell off might continue for a few more days, but once the Market Maker has soaked up most of the DT's holdings there should be a dramatic reversal as ASX liquidity slowly evaporates. Australia's loss is the UK's gain and once the BFS is released PRE should soar.

Well Tony, It seems that we won't have to worry about those 'Synchronization" Gaps for much longer.
All PM8-CDI's will soon become PRE and trading will only occur on the LSE, I hope you Pom's can keep up the momentum.

Skulkar, Yes you are right he was quoting Shanghai prices in US$/t, which incidentally is now US$67,485.50 as it went up US$742 today; However as I stated Pensana will be selling into the EU/USA market where last nights price was US$102.25/kg.

Not only are Rare Earth prices rising steadily, the rate of increase appears to be increasing ie we are now in 'Exponential Growth'

Over the last eight weeks, the average daily rise in Shanghai prices was: PrO 0.52% and NdO 0.73%
However, this week the rate of change has averaged almost twice that with PrO 0.94% and NdO 1.36%

If prices continue to rise at this accelerated rate, Neodymium Oxide will reach its (2011) all time price high of US$280/kg in around another 87 trading days time,.ie around June 1st.

IMO There is now a distinct possibility that this year is shaping up to be a repeat of 2011

Hi Chisel, That is the Chinese / Shanghai price, When Pensana gets Saltend operational we will be selling into the Europe/USA Market where Yesterdays price for NdPrO was US$100.85. Also as China has just decided to expand their Strategic Stockpiles of Magnet Metals, I would expect those prices to rise rapidly as product is removed from the market !

Good to see that you are still monitoring PRE Tony, can you recommend a site where we convicts can see LSE Charts ?
Some Chartists over here are having trouble getting their heads around the alternate trading on two exchanges, especially when the ASX follows the LSE close and creates what on a single chart looks like a Gap.

Hi Tony, I would not be too concerned by the sell off in Oz today, most of the sales were by the Mum & Dad investors from a couple of years back who achieved their ten bagger at $2.00; The Registry will have tightened up considerably.

Surprise surprise, the Ozzies do read the news out of the UK.
We broke the $1.83 (One pound) by 11am so those of us predicting a pound by Christmas were only one trading hour late.

Most Oz investors might not realize the impact that this agreement is going to have for Pensana. But with Boris being now able to stimulate areas for Job growth, Saltend will be close to the top of his list. ~ It may only generate 100 jobs directly but the flow-on effect from having an integrated Mine to Magnet facility in the UK is going to facilitate massive opportunities across the whole Sector.

IMO This news is at least as significant as Coola and possibly even the PFS, as it removes what was probably the main commercial risk in Pensana's move to the UK.

Seriously ! You are saying that RBW which has an upside of 340kt @ 1,5% TREO ie just 5100t of TREO is somehow comparable to Longonjo with its 226Million Tonnes @ 1.47% TREO containing over 3million Tonnes of TREO with 735,000 tonnes of NdPr ? Thats like comparing a sardine to a Blue Whale !!!

And I also notice that RBW (Aug 2020 Tech report) do not even give a breakdown of What RE's are in their mix, if there was a substantial proportion of Nd, Pr and Dy I think they would have said so. And where are their financial reports, last time I looked revenue (after Administration) was mot even covering mining costs !

Hedgehog, You obviously have not done your Research, RBW have been a 'Basket Case' for several years, despite having the "Richest" ore in they World ! I am pretty certain that they have not turned a profit since they started production ? and if that Banner is still at the top of this LSE page you will see that they are not expecting to "Break even" this year. Have a closer look at their Operations, read their Quarterly's for the last three Years ~ A lot of Hype but no Profits !!!

Hi Tony, The main draw back in your valuation is the start price of 21p, it greatly under rates the value of the Resource ? and the existing Infrastructure. If Pensana had to build a Road / Railway and Port we would not get much change out of $1B. I don't know how we can factor it in just yet, but it certainly has value to Pensana.

I would not get too excited about HZM and Nickel, Australia is full of the stuff, once the price reaches a certain level there are three or four really big deposits in Central Australia that will be opened up and they already have a train line most of the way to Port.

New York has not posted any Rare Earth Prices since the 1st December and
Today Shanghai for the first time in Months has not updated its REE prices,

I did notice that this December 1st "Law" required Chinese exporters to have a new "Export Licence", could it be that said licences are not that easy to obtain and therefore nobody is currently trading Rare Earths on the Shanghai Exchange ? If so I would expect NY prices to explode next week !

Of course it may just be that some initial results from Coola are released, they are due about now ?

I think I saw somewhere (way back) that Angola are giving Pensana some substantial incentives 15% tax rate for ? years.

Look very closely at their Financials and then at their almost non existent Resource, Seed money from Fortress and subsidies from US Taxpayer will not last long. If they are valued at $1B Pensana will be worth $5B in 12mo time.
