My own Personal opinion, is that I would like to see us somewhere between $3-4 and rising steadily. I know it sounds highly speculative but I think we can get a double up from the BFS and possibly another one when the start of construction is announced. The World needs to fill a critical shortfall in NdPr. As far as I can determine Longonjo is the only New mine that can be brought into production before 2023 capable of denting that gap. Shortages create price rises ! so who knows where the SP will end up ? Have a look at Lynas's chart from 2009-2012 to see what a REE shortage can do !!!

What started out as a promising day on the ASX up 5% in the first twenty minutes, turned into a Brokers fishing expedition as they drove the price down to flush out the few remaining Day Traders for more shares to transfer across to the LSE in which they were quite successful managing to soak up just over a million shares by close.

Pensana's Registry must now be getting very tight, and won't loosen up as Investors grab as much as they can whenever they can.

This second tranche of shares was flagged when SWF made their initial Investment back at the start of this year ? I for one can live with a 10% dilution to Registry considering the benefits it brings, and we should never begrudge our Hosts' desire to be be partners in this venture.

This to be Great News, not only does it show our Host countries commitment to encouraging Investment in their countries resources by Foreign Companies, it specifically demonstrates their desire to see Longonjo proceed ASAP. A much better solution to developing the Countries wealth than what we are currently seeing in PNG and Tanzania !

For Pensana Shareholders it provides an opportunity to expedite construction at a critical time of Development, it will certainly make reaching our CFO's goal of "Revenue before Xmas 2021" a lot more achievable. The sooner we get into production, the sooner we generate earning;s which will then kick-in P:E ratios for our Share Price. I assume that everybody wants our SP to rise ?

Considering that we are now looking at earnings of somewhere between US $100-150M. pa. Every day that we can bring production forward will generate between Au$300-500k to Revenue . ie 3Months is worth £15-25M !

The Australian Bulletin Board Hot Copper is currently showing at least a 90% shareholder approval.

Hi Shareaction; I fail to see how you can justify your conclusion that Pensana will have problem meeting ESG standards from what is actually said in the article that you linked to ?

That article clearly states that China is cleaning up its Environmental nightmares by closing down non-complying miners and processors. That current practices are indeed questionable is a given, but you can't link Future goals to Past events when all concerned are committed to the next Standards of operation.

The simple fact is that to advance this Green Revolution, the World needs to develop a significantly large and secure supply of NdPr. Longonjo is currently the only New mine in development that has any hope of bridging the Supply - Demand deficit within the next 4-5 years. What would you prefer, force China to maintain production by allowing polluting mines to continue operating ! or to encourage change, by investment in a new supply line that is clean ?

My apologies Mike, I mean no offence, I read the nuances of your comment incorrectly; although I still think that somebody who only has $,000 invested is probably in a more fragile financial position than somebody with $200,000 ?

You also say the BFS is unknown, to some extent you are right. But for us Australians who have been holding PM8 for several years can hopefully factor in what we have learnt from the previous performances of Management who have so far managed to exceeded our expectations in just about every Announcement.

Besides which, the BFS is almost immaterial at this point, All of the fundamental requirements are already in place, Deposit, Infrastructure, Permitting and Finance are all ready to go; the BFS will admittedly crystallizes all these but I seriously doubt that it will diminish any of my expectations.

No, because if you wait you will miss the chance to make a 10 bagger, after the BFS you may make a 5 bagger but not 10!

If your worried about Covid, I suggest that you should get your money out of the Banks ASAP, they are the ones that most likely to suffer a run. I doubt that Covid is going to affect a Mine, especially in Angola where the average age is around 20. The last Covid panic in March was over and recovered by April.

If you look at the course of sales Somebody deliberately dumped a small parcel right on close ! which took us from 60p back down to 56p. Blatant manipulation, probably by a Broker trying to entice more Selling on the ASX so that they can increase their holdings prior to the BFS.

That Gold mine was a Millstone, no point holding on to it Pensana has far better assets much closer to home.

2% Might not be much but at least it is something and as PA points out it removes an unnecessary distraction; no point paying good money out to upkeep an asset that is in a high risk Jurisdiction (Tanzania is rapidly heading down the PNG route !).

If/When we need another mine the Ozango / Cassenha Hill Cu/Au Project is only 16km SW of Longonjo, AND the new Exploration Licence to the North of Longonjo is almost certain to host at least one or two REE deposits

Another big day on the ASX, Started with a strong 5 point gap up and powered on from there ! Nearly 1.75M shares traded to end 9.5% up at $1.20 / 67p. Any attempt to form a Short term stop/block gets steam-rolled ! any effort to take the SP back down gets swamped ~ thank you very much :) Hope the Brokers are now releasing them onto the LSE would hate to think that they may be hanging onto them till after the BFS.

Selling short is not a realistic option, I doubt if our BOD would consent to anything below 'Fair Value'
With 327kt of NdPr in the current pit outline and plenty more to come, That's worth US$16+B, so even at a 90% discount Longonjo is still worth a minimum US$1.6B or around Au$100 per share

A "Fair value" bid would have to be at least a minimum of £6 or Au$10, and double that by this time next year.

However no bid could be accepted before the BFS is published

Well the ASX was kind enough to cough up another Million shares today ~ no doubt LSE will get most of those, but you are going to have to pay for them 64.5p at close of trade.

Should be something about us on Stockhead in the next day or so, that should probably be good for another 10% !

Mineral Reserve is out and confirms there will be no problem in feeding Longonjo for at least 20 years.

On top of that the total Resource is well and truly Tier 1 World Class and is still open at depth and on a number of margins!

The ASX closed at 88c or a nice even 50p after a big day of trading as computer 'sell' algorithms were triggered by the initial rise then finally taken out in solid afternoon buying,

The BFS in four weeks time is going to be a Ripper !

Run up into the coming Mineral Resource/Reserve Announcement has started, and became a scramble by 11am EST
With the Top 50 holders owning 80%+ of the Registry, shares for sale are going to become scarce

Getting close to the MRA now, Share price jumped 6cents in Oz today ~ 3+p to close at 75c (41.34p), not much resistance from sellers till they hit 80c

This, however, was totally outperformed by Pensana, whose Paul Atherley is relentlessly unapologetic about Pensana leaning on China (even though it has features of a tightrope act). Pensana’s stock price has risen 350% since beginning 2020, 5 times the average:

Atherley is quite right, as realistically nothing will move in the junior RE miner space without China, with few exceptions in the RE processing and recycling sector.

According to previous announcements, a feasibility study of Longonjo is due sometime soon.

Pensana hits a New High of 80c (43p) on the ASX overnight.
Slow but steady increase throughout the session for a 8.22% rise.
The rest of the RE Sector remained dull, except for Hastings so the Market has not factored in the effect that the Chinese Floods will have on NdPr supply as yet.

Floods on China’s Yangtze river, which passes through Sichuan, forced authorities to evacuate more than 100,000 people on Tuesday.

Shenghe subsidiary Leshan Shenghe and Sichuan Runhe Catalytic New Material Co, in which it holds a 38.1% stake, were affected by the flooding, Shenghe said in a Wednesday filing to the Shanghai Stock Exchange.
