Great find Tony, But I wish that the Journalists would make the distinction between Hard Rock mining (Mt Weld, Longonjo, MP etc) and Ionic Clay mining in China, the way they write it, it suggests that all REE mines are environmental disasters ! Not so.

The problem with Ionic Clays stems from their Ultra-Low grades ~ generally 500-1000 ppm and their form of deposition ~ usually wet. Even at todays prices a Clay operation needs to mine and rehabilitate) vast quantities/areas of Alluvium (at very slender margins), So with the cost of Rehabilitation being a major component of their OPEX, So when prices drop the first cost cutting measure is usually to ignore Rehabilitation !

Hard Rock operations on the other hand are usually mining at grades well over 10,000ppm (Longonjo 15,000ppm). Therefore in comparison their physical footprint is minimal and their Profit margins / cut off grades are much more robust, resulting in the marginal costs of Rehabilitation becoming far less an issue.

The Business Plan replaced the BFS, it is a very comprehensive document for Sophisticated Investors, the Market has only seen the Summary because much of the content is Propriety information.

Funny how only a few months back you were suggesting that Pensana should be doing deals with RBW, I am pretty sure PRE's Management had a look at RBW's BFS and came to the same conclusion as I; it's a Basket case. Which in hindsight is a pretty good conclusion. Full marks to our BOD for that.

According to the Crap you post on Pensana's page, the Company was incapable of making a profit and RBW is well gone ~ IMO The Burundi Government has done you a favour, at least you can dodge paying for the Rehabilitation of the site.

Where did they get that from? Clearly you have done no research whatsoever, If you have not read anything that the Company has published how can you possibly make any claims about its operations !

So tell me how RBW failed to make money from "The World's richest RE Deposit" when RE prices have doubled, that extra 50% should have been all profit even if the first 50% was consumed by OPEX. Clearly their Management is either incompetent or their fundamental numbers have been incorrect since day one !

I for one do not begrudge our Hosts one cent of the Tax we will be paying them. Pensana is as much about helping the World clean up the current polluted environment as making obscene profits.

One observation on RBW, Why did the Company even consider operating in Burundi without first determining that that their Business model was sound ? Walking away now leaves the Government with an environmental mess without the funds to clean it up. IMO, Talk about Social conscience, they are nothing but Rape and Pillage merchants, SA should be cautious !

There is no way that Pensana you can be put in the same category as RBW and MKA !
Longonjo is a Massive, medium grade deposit with strong Infrastructure and a supportive Host,
MKA might be OK if it can sort its logistic problems out, but IMO RBW is a basket case.

I am sure you will deny it, but that looks suspiciously like a Down Ramp to me, and I can't help but notice that you only come up with these dire predictions when the SP looks like it may be recovering ! To say that the buying is randomly 100% (above) the average daily pattern merely indicates to me that there is indeed an unusual amount of interest, but not that it is "Overbought" !

The SP of Pensana has been controlled by Negative Sentiment, FUD, lies and Short selling for the last four months, certainly not by fundamental or rational reason. Therefore the Charts are now reflecting that interference and not the true Company capability.
