Clearly a talented lady, and you quite rightly list her many past accomplishments. But funnily enough you fail to mention that she is also a current Director of American Rare Earths, a position that she has held for over three years.

And if we then look at Melissa's Bio on LinkedIn, she makes no mention of any association with Hallgarten, nor does she mention it on her ARR 'Team' profile. I doubt if there are two Melissa Sandersons who are DRC experts in this World.

So what is your/Hallgarten's “Relationship” with Melissa, and American Rare Earths ? The reason I ask is who at ARR decided to hire Hallgarten and why do we not not see any declarations by yourself or Melissa for a potential conflict of interest in your 'Disclaimer' ?

Does this mean that Melissa does not hold any securities / shares in American Rare Earths ? A company that she is a Director of ! Or that she is not an associate of Hallgarten's and you are telling Porkies ?

chris, warning people of imminent danger is fine, but "crying wolf" every time a rabbit or ****roach appears is boring. not only that but your published "record" of commentating on stocks is laughable. case in point~ your glowing report on aus:ixr (march '21) clearly demonstrates a failure to understand both rare earth economics (the project was mothballed being uneconomic) and socio-environmental issues. which is what will happen when you have little to no understanding of the subject you are writing on but simply cut and collate the customers own propaganda. however, it appears that even ixr were not impressed with that initial report either, because they failed to get you back and engaged sprott the following year instead!

Your dilemma is that 1) Now that we all know what Theo is, people will start looking very closely at Hallgarten & Company's much published works and your client list. So, you can be assured that each and every furphy that you have printed will get revisited and outed. It is not a good look when clients such as ARR have to put out a correction notice just two days after their BIG Announcement because some idiot published that the head grade in the original release, was stated in the Headline as being 20% higher than that that actually appearing in the JORC table.

2) Even if you are not Theo, you deserve all that is coming your way. You clearly have no qualms about publishing lies, untruths and misleading information. Just putting those three posts Hallgarten made on X justifies our actions.

3) What it all boils down to is that you are going to get your just deserts, and if Theo wants to claim/maintain that he is somebody other than yourself, then he needs to "Out" himself.

I have been asking myself “Why, where and when did all of this negative FUD originate from?”.

I now believe that I have found the answer in some “Reviews” which were published by a mob calling themselves “Hallgarten and Company ~ London, Buenos Aires and New York”. Sounds impressive, but in actual fact they are just a husband and wife team cobbling together what they call “Research Reports” for anybody willing to buy them breakfast. The whole operation is run out of their home in Andover Hampshire! (Companies house has the details).

As a matter of interest these “Reports” often contain a section that offers what they like to call a “Model Resource Portfolio”. I might add, it is explicitly stated, in a very convoluted “Disclaimer”, that nothing in these “Reports” should be taken for“Investment advice”. Which is actually very good advice, seeing as anybody who followed last months Portfolio would find that they are now down around 6%. Another reason for this “Disclaimer”, might be that the person putting these “Reports” together, appears to have no formal qualifications in Mining or Finance, and appears to be merely copying, compiling and reformatting information that has been fed to them by the subject Company; hardly what anybody would call “Independent Analysis”.

Anyhow, back in early 2021, Hallgarten & Co published a series of (highly positive) Reports on three “RE companies : RBW, ARR and IXR, and one (very negative, Short) MP Materials, Really ! Three of the lowest grades IAC RE deposits in the World, (two of which have already been mothballed) against what is still the highest valued RE miner in the Western World.

Now, one of those reports ~ initially contained the following table:

Despite Hallgarten publishing over 40 Rare Earth/Mining Reviews over the last 6 years, the only references that I can find to Pensana appear (below)! That suggests to me, that the Authors either have avoidance issues with Pensana's management, are totally incompetent “Researchers”, or are making their opinions known on other forums ?

Notice anything different? Somebody has slipped Longonjo into that table; and not only that, they have put in totally incorrect data for PRE ( TREO should be 2.45% at a 0.2% cut off).

Theo. Yes, I admit that for once I was fooled into thinking that you may be of Yiddish extraction. Your close association with "Jack the serial failure" and his once upon a time connections to Diamond Joe muddied the waters. Not sure where you get the Russian reference from, are you sure it was not East German? Theo, again you spout unfounded speculation ~ Unless you had not noticed, None of the Western Big Boys have made any moves on any of the current Rare Earth hopefuls. However, that said you must certainly be aware that there has been and still is, considerable interest being taken by a number of unnamed American entities in securing Pensana shares at a price as low as they can manipulate; (yesterdays planned in advance) raid being ongoing proof.

Also while we have known about ABSA's since early last year, the AFC deemed not to divulge their involvement and up until last week were always referred to as an African Development Bank (which they are). They have now come out into the open ~ ask yourself why they would do that unless they were committed to completing the deal? No Bank who values their credibility and integrity, so much that they prefer to remain anonymous during negotiations, is going to blow it by reneging on the deal after announcing their involvement!

I have never read so much utter rubbish in my life as the content on this forum, almost exclusively from the regulars. You all need to get some real life hobbies/interests other than this stock that has 2 possible roads. Obtain financing and move forward or not obtain financing and its over. Many of you also seriously over rate your importance to the world in believing that your comments here actually impact the share price! Please spare me. Over and out for good.

It is not the actual "Financial advice" that is your problem Ashole, it is that the person who is giving that advice, is not qualified to do so. A Librarian posing as an Analyst with not even a basic education in Mining or Finance !. What is even more ridiculous is that said Librarian thinks that simply by posting a disclaimer that his Short / Long recommendation is not to be taken as advice absolves him from any responsibility.

Theo, you obviously know nothing about Coola or Sulima and have either, not even bothered to read the latest Company Reports (11 March 2024, 4 April 2024) or you clearly have absolutely no comprehension of, nor the ability to understand what those reports stated. NO DRILLING results have been reported yet. What those reports do state is that the areas outlined contain significant mappable concentrations of RE's which combined with the Geological interpretation indicate a large BASNASTANITE style deposit at Coola. If you had bothered to even have a cursory look at Fig1 in the April update, you would have seen that there is in fact considerable variation of RE Grades over the Sulima mineralization. BULK SAMPLES have been sent for further metallurgical testing (results pending).

So in summary, your latest Post is a complete fabrication (as per usual). Which demonstrates to all that you not only know nothing about the Mining/Exploration industry but that you have Zero ability to analyze technical reports. Why would anybody believe anything you write beats me !

For those who might not fully understand the Reports (11 March 2024, 4 April 2024), Bastnaesite is the main economic mineral found at Mountain Pass; which probably explains why not only Pensana's own Geologists but also the American's are getting so excited over the project's future potential and why they have recently coughed up a US$3.4M grant for the further development of these two deposits and the upgrading of Longonjo to increase process capacity.
