Theo, foot in mouth yet again; In your own words " It is the outcome of the collapse in ndpr prices and a serious credibility issue. In my opinion!! ". Now the credibility issue that you have had with PA has well and truly been disproven. Which at last leaves the truth ie the collapse of NdPr prices, being something EVERY RE company (even Shenghe, GN, MP and LYC) have had to endure.
However, we invest in the future not the past and the future is starting to look quite promising for once. Just in the last few months, China has indicated that the ROW can no longer expect it to provide rare earth products to the West, either because it seeks to beggar the West or that it will need every ounce of them to power its own industry and to levitate its own rail network.
Consequently, NdPr prices have started to recover, and judging by yesterday's SMM price for 92% TREO (US$24,000/t), Longonjo with an OPEX cost of just US$16,000/t. With a margin of US$8,000/t it would now be making a little over US$100,000,000pa EDITDA on its annual production of 12,500t of TREO.
So with both of your reasons for a possible failure no longer being valid, your commitment to being here is no longer required. Please close the door on your way out.
