As the ore is reportedly highly weathered, it should not require a massive Jaw crusher, rather a Sizer should do the job, which the last time I looked were about half the cost of a Jaw, and readily available from ABON in Australia. As an Oil producer, Angola would certainly have the capacity to build Tankage. The only bits of really specialised kit will be the Rotary furnace, FLSmidth in Denmark are the leaders in that field, while Eriez (USA) make the best Non-Chinese WHIMS Seperator, and they have a SA service center. As you say all of these will need substantial concrete foundations, poured and cured well before the machinery is installed ~ again with Angola's OIl experience that should not be a problem.

On further reflection, IMO any S793 RNS should include the sub-sec (5) provision for an accompanying Sec 824 disclosure. Who knows these shares may just have been: mortgaged, loaned out or simply just being hidden from a potentially greedy partner? At the moment we don't know, but given that somebody seems to have plenty of shares to dump into the Market to suppress the SP every time it looks like moving up, surly shareholders would like to know where those 90 million shares are now sitting and who has what vested interests in them?

Given what happened with both Petra and Chariot where Chairman Zero quietly bailed out; following which many UK investors subsequently got wiped out. Might I suggest that it may be in the best interest of retail shareholders, for the Company to do the right thing and take advantage of Section 793 of the Companies Act. Which allows companies to request full disclosure of beneficial ownership information from shareholders. Do that and I might be able to retract any incorrect inferences I might have made. At the very least it would give George the opportunity to release yet another RNS, in the absence of any real progress to report from in South Africa.

Dumbo, PRE has a product that is highly sought after, it is customer qualified has a much higher grade and value than the current market specification, it is a highly saleable product as evidenced by the number of major downstream users queuing up to buy it. Unlike RBW which doesn’t have a product and has spent the last five years confirming what everyone in the industry already knew - that the RBW process doesn’t work - which is why no one in the RE industry uses it, why their US 'partner' has lost interest (and of course it’s why Chairman Zero sold all his stock last year).

Yes, Monteacute you have a point. There are, numerous instances of "Lifestyle" Companies out there whose Directors mainly use the Markets as a means to fund their salaries. They are fairly easy to spot, usually they have several billion SOI and an SP around the 1p level. They also tend to suffer from being pumped by constant RNS' and effusive Analyst reports, while seldomly achieving any real growth in fundamental assets. With Pensana it is quite the opposite, 'News' from the Company is rare, I can't remember when the last Promo was released?

Now have a closer look at Pensana: Since the current management took control of a failing and yes 'Lifestyle' company, they have managed to prove up and develop one of the biggest Rare Earth deposits in Africa ~ if not the World. At that point as you rightly observe, most Companies would have sold out to bigger fish, however that was not the case with Pensana. Instead, Management chose to do the hard yards of raising finance themselves and have now got Pensana into a position where a relatively small company is about to develop a very big, valuable and in demand asset.

Pensana does not 'NEED' to raise further funding, they have enough committed finance already to get Longonjo into production. So, I very much doubt that the current shareholders would countenance any highly diluting CR's. There is only one way left for the 'big boys' to acquire enough shares to even contemplate a TO, that is to pay for them. And the longer they wait, the higher the price that they will have to pay, will be!

Sorry Nortons, I can't help you as I have no idea who ReeTech is. Although I think I saw a rumor that he was once in business with K-Tech and got shafted by them! so I think his gripe is mostly personal, he is certainly not a Pensana follower. And we certainly don't have any beef with Tony, he made his choice two years ago and has mostly stuck to it.
