Argentina
Ticked the right boxes. Geology similar to major mine at close proximity to this which gives options if transpires to be a small find but if it ends up being a smaller discovery 100pc terms exist for a future possible JV. Geologists are based in this country.

Brazil

Good infrastructure with smelters etc. Brad was pretty positive and impressed, states the area obviously has tin but the mining has been largely artisan which means its largely untouched.

Anza

Negotiate too new phase 2 over next couple months.
Majors want the extend deadlines to be running end of financial year instead of September for budgets etc
Majors very happy and it is seen as major project.
Agnico/ Kirkland merger almost complete. They are hungry for exploration and keen to spend money. 150 staff working on Anza currently. Expect news flow to pick up here assays and drills running so should get updates soon.

General
Take about 6 weeks to set up new company to get Brazil and Argentina going. new company based in Ontario. Low tax rates, gives credibility. Brad has been talking to other companies and could be other deals to be announced. Should not be a raise this year, very mindful of this though could change depending on factors later this year.

Got to say I liked the interview. I think he did well and sounds very positive for the next few months etc. Newsflow should increase and sounds very positive to get the market interested. Anyone thinking about investing should definitely get a watch of it.

All makes sense. I personally think once the 51/49 is actioned we will see drilling cranked up a notch at Anza. As TP stated we will have to also get used to the fact that we aren't going to get super frequent news releases at Anza but I reckon when we do they should be worth the wait. 51/49 would coincide well with what we hope is a La Cejita licenced bagged by then. If we see a push at Anza (pepas, pupino) etc prior to JV extension announcement then it's a signal that we are moving to that status or if we see that our JVs are getting pushed on i would think that Brad pretty much knows it's a done deal. Some might say the fact that he has moved into two other JVs the likelihood is he has already had positive noises from the majors. Brad is mindful of protecting the balance sheet, hence the low cost of initial stages of them, which means if they are dusters no real harm done. I have the opinion they'll bring something to the table though. Gives us punters something to chew over, helps fill some of that news flow issue, the tin price flying and infrastructure there is good and in Argentina I know from previous correspondence was a while in the making, which means the due diligence and homework has been tight from Orosur's end. Can't remember the exact date I got that info but off the top of my head it was 8 months ago. The thing that stands out for me though, every snippet that I have had from Brad has come to fruition, albeit slowly. Gives me good vibes knowing that even if we aren't get rns' left right and centre, there is a good reason for it, be it tactical or otherwise. I know he is working hard in the background (even if the twitter efforts seemed like a holiday shoot) lol. Kind of feel bad as a few weeks ago as I gave Brad a pretty poor rating, from frustration and from expecting Colombia update already more than anything, but if he pulls off what he says this year then I will be one happy shareholder. I just think it's going to be hard for aim investors to ignore this once the ball starts to roll here. I'd imagine even our friend Sotolo might even have something to get excited about. :-)

Personally I have nothing much to share at the moment apart from we seem to have turned a corner. It was a tough wait watching the share price plummet and at times frustrating but now we have a few JVs on the board and leading up to September we are at a crucial point. We still own 100pc of licences and if the majors walked away in effect we will have the guts of over half our market cap for basically free (on paper). Some say the figures spent are higher than the official agreement figures for the 1st 4 phases. I'm not privy to that information and if that is actually the case or not, but I just don't see any reason for the majors to walk away when they can secure 1/2 the project leading onto 65pc of the project for a further investment of 22million dollars over phase 2 and to the end of that period. Apta has proven there is gold, we still have other areas to be explored over a substantial land package. Remember the majors last year had done a substantial data collection of Anza, that we haven't seen and it was clearly enough for them to take charge and to identify new areas (pupino and pepas). Talk is there is another area to be added (may be released in next Colombia update). Felt that was evident judging by the sample collection locations from last year. Be nice to have that officially confirmed. Add in royal roads success very close by with which Agnico have a hand in, the picture is emerging that Anza is going to be a significant gold find. Newmont/agnico aren't here for a small find, the fact they are still here tells you all you need to know. I also think the dynamic between the two of these companies will push this project on, although working together they won't want one to get the leg up over another. This dynamic could get interesting the deeper the JV runs and the more gold that will be found. Could be a bidding war between them in the future as Omi won't be part of this if it really is as big as we hope. Always felt maybe Agnico may want to completely match newmont's stake at some point but then that is just me. Interesting times and for the future. Near term though some assays and news for Colombia and some plans drawn up for our inherently cheap JVs would be nice. It's all coming and very shortly. Not surprised we are seeing a bit of interest and volume increase in all honesty.

To be fair Webbs was pretty bullish after the Argentinian JV announcement. I'd hazard a guess he has a few tucked away 11p and just below. I have no issue with people trading or people investing for the long haul. We all have our own strategy and it is fair to say the traders have called this right so far and have been rewarded. Not sure when Colombia will land so it could be a dangerous time to be jumping in and out currently.

Biker it's probably not the best thing to go insulting the most knowledgeable poster here. You should be happy that he shares his knowledge on this board. I can second that the info that he produces here is legitimate. It's up to one to decide whether to use it or not, or decide if it's authentic. To be fair even if bhargav is trading (which I don't think he is) everyone else has that same opportunity so I don't understand your complaint in all honesty.

Sotolo you must be Orosur's longest investor. Do you seriously think that Omi are going to be a part of this if it ever got a sniff off being big enough in becoming a mine? I have to concede that your views have sadly turned out right so far though. Personally I didn't think we would have been this low at this point. When I invested in here, I thought with the potential we could really kick. For a variety of factors that wasn't the case. I was prepared that there would be volatility with the understanding it's not going to be plain sailing however. I wanted an early project with potential that I could spend a bit of time building myself a stack that could, if it comes off make me some serious money. Has my views changed? Not really. I think we'll both agree we are here cause we understand the potential outweighs the risks. Can be frustrating when it's not playing out as expected, I've been there myself but I genuinely think if one managed to hold since last July or longer there is absolutely no reason to sell now, just when things are starting to get a bit more interesting.

Sotolo it's been pretty evident over the last while in what direction orosur were going in. It's a tricky one because your point I understand but we are an explorer and I don't think we could have just sat on Anza while the majors do their thing and move to 51/49 later on this year. Then it really would be picking up a wage for doing nothing. He's trying to secure low cost, early stage developments to add to Orosur's portfolio. All possible because the majors are financing Anza, that by all accounts is going well so far. News there won't be too far off. At least Brad is trying to give us something. As I said before we have been stuck in a rut news wide over the last year. That news flow is now going to pick up. It's what you want from an investor. Regular updates and progression being made. Orosur are progressing albeit baby steps, but those baby steps will snowball into something more tangible in the future. It's good work on the board's part.

It's a good deal and it's the 2nd part of Brad's puzzle that he's been putting into place after Brazil. Anza is for the majors to explore and finance and is our main play but doesn't do any harm having a few bites at the cherry. The cost is peanuts. Good terms for Orosur and still lots to come. Drilling in Argentina should be in a few months judging by the RNS. It could be that we could have results coming from all angles in a few months once things start moving at all projects.

Also bhargav your spot on. I think we've being giving Brad a tough time as we are expectant for good news probably more so as we've seen the price drop from 40p to 10p. We also expect it yesterday. Patience is going to be key here over the coming months. Just remind yourself this is early doors with plenty twists and turns still to play out :)

I don't think many would argue with the chance to net 100 to 300% profit over the next few months/year. Wouldn't be a bad day at the office from these levels. I suppose from Brad's perspective he probably needs some assurance that majors will be extending before he can really start the ball rolling in Brazil and on Argentina (if this is secured - with exploration). Knowing this will allow him to financially project what he is dealing with over the foreseeable. This will be known fairly soon as work/contracts, new company formation etc (legal stuff) required to facilitate the 51/49 terms take time and the signal will be given in a couple months I'd imagine. I suppose Brad doesn't want to jump in to these new projects fullheartily then get the rug pulled from under his feet, though I believe he probably has had conversations already that would be of a positive nature... timings for the company and its health are supremely crucial. So although we are crying out for news I can understand why it may be better holding out for a bit yet, edging closer to when the real green light for continuation is realised. This allows Brad to continue on with confidence. I still think we'll get something in the next couple weeks, on what basis I'm not entirely sure but things are progressing in the background. Lovely entry, top up price for all that believe in Orosur and Brad if your seeking an opportunity to bag or three and your happy to hold for the year. I have no doubt we'll be higher than the year started.

Been here 15 months now, when I first invested I thought we were going to the moon which wasn't the case. I now find myself holding way more than I initially intended but I see the company in a stronger position than when I first started out here. Still happy to add on this point. If he gets another JV over the line and there is exploration in both alongside Anza then the market will be getting much more news traction which should take heat off of the Colombia updates. I don't feel the JV at Colombia is in jeopardy, by all accounts it seems majors are happy to progress and like what has been found so far. Can get frustrating at times when expected news flow doesn't quite meet timings you have imagined in your head but must consider there are bigger forces and dynamics in the fold. Fact of the matter is when this does wake up from its slumber it's going to pop pretty hard but that's only my thoughts....

May come may not. No one knows when news will come at the moment. All you can do is place your chips and patiently wait. I can't see much downside from here and we know Anza related news will come at some point along with other news factors. Knowing Brad he is probably lining up a few things to get us excited. He'll be very aware of his transformational sound bite and working on news that merits that accolade. Just have to give it time.

Nookie's frustration probably comes from Orosur's holiday snaps they've seen on twitter. The Trip was probably worth while and probably got the ball rolling or things moving forward but as of yet the market is unaware of any of this as there hasn't been an update yet and on the outside it looks like it hasn't helped the share price. Frustrating but the longer it takes I assume the more info the market will get and hopefully those assays from the last few months drilling. I think it will be worth the wait myself.

Webb's you should know by now Brad's timings are woeful and our couple weeks are completely different to Brad's. I'm not too worried about majors extending. I don't think they'll walk away when they've only had a crack at Apta.

Interesting times. Crying out for some kind of update. Been expecting something for the last 5 weeks yet we are still playing the waiting game. Omi like to test ones patience. Volume is going to be in its boots until something more concrete is given. Hoping when news eventually lands that it befits the long wait for us.

I give brad a C minus currently. I think he has stepped up his game but it's clear that he needs to deliver something substantial to wet the appetite of the market and it needs to be at Anza. If the comes back from his trip with meek news I'll be disappointed. Market not interested in the JVs as they aren't going to move the share price currently (though I think I would have made the same play as him). Will be interesting to see what the data flow means in real terms. I do think next Colombia update will be an important one but has Brad got it in him to create the interest required. Transformational was the word used. That word will be the making of breaking of him over the next year. Majors obviously like the land package so that's not the issue but news flow has been a thorn in omi's side since the drills wound down. In theory things should pick up on that front but as we know it's not as easy as turning on the switch, especially after touching highs of 40p and sitting not far off single figures. Ball firmly in Brad's court.

Certainly enjoying seeing the sites and looking casual. Some of the tweets could almost be a postcard. Glad he is enjoying himself. Trip of a lifetime etc. As long he is delivers and does not forget about us shareholders whilst he enjoys himself :)

Can't argue with that bhargav. The driver here is progress being made at Anza no doubt.
