It will be interesting to see how this unfolds over the coming months. Sotolo I for one don't mind your pessimism or your tempered view to counter other claims of big gains to be had. I know you've taken quite a bit of stick and have proved to be right over the last year or so. Can I ask though are you looking to add to your position if say the price drifts further? And can I also ask you how you see the operations unfolding until summer 2023? I know you aren't too fond of the JVs and would have preferred to stick with Anza only. The JVs seem to have split holders opinion that much I'd for sure...

I must add as well that there is going to be economic turmoil moving forward after covid and obviously the situation in the Ukraine. Coupled with quite bullish predictions for gold and having a nice balance at the moment, though there is a bit of cash burn, and having the main project in essence funded by deep pockets it has given Omi a unique opportunity in the small cap sector (mainly as many companies are going to struggle/ wind down operations to preserve balance sheet). I've had a good moan about Brad in the past, purely on the speed that Anza is moving but he has added a tin play and another gold play in proven areas already that may harbour potential, with favourable near term parameters that aren't sore on us near term. So I think there is alot too look forward though always risk in this game.

Facts are though the project has only scratched the surface and when Newmont/Agnico escalate proceedings we won't be sitting at this price.

I know people are waiting for a slide but 2p really? To me that would be silly and there would be quite a few people without sinks in their kitchen at those prices. I dont think it's totally remiss to a rule out more of a slide and it's certainly wise to be cautious currently. Could be in a situation where a permit comes through very soon or drags on for months. So very much do you believe things are imminent or not. Fact is if permits/ licences come through and a drill is named my belief is this will easily move through the gears. Tsxv apparently having quite good volume days the last few days and a few seem to be buying again on aim. Mind you flip side is we were saying that sub 20p that this would not slide this far. My belief is that it's more to do with what is perceived as not much happening on ground, but all the projects should surely have strong potential second half of year. So really starting build for that now isn't the worse plan, that is if you can stomach a bit of a drop if it continues in that vain. We know that Anza is the main event and rightly so but I don't think having a few ventures is such a bad idea. I suppose we'll see how they pan out in time. They could be dusters or they just might be masterstrokes.

I happen to think market are waiting for a little bit more concrete information with regards to licences/permits/access. Let's face it, the market want to see a proper drill program on another area. One drill working away at Apta is not really what wets one's appetite. I think majors will definitely be moving to 51pc, there is a risk they may not but if that happens the strategy changes and Omi are in the driving seat and can decide on their terms what do with apta (though that event surely signals dilution). My thought process is there will be an announcement to coincide/ or not long after moving into phase 2 of a significant drill program. Obviously this hinges on outcome of getting the necessary legalities in place. Still a bit off phase 2 though unfortunately. We may see that imminent access/ water permit comes through sooner and in that event we may be treated to a drill earlier. But just how soon is imminent? That's a few weeks a go now and still silence. Around phase 2 starting we should start to see works at both Argentina and Brazil. Not at alot happening just now, but surely in a few months time things will pick up and quickly. I'm happy to wait to get there and I'm happy to add as I can see that things should surely get better. The problem is timing when to top up. Let's face it, not sure we've bottomed and we could drop a bit further unless something left field pops along. I added a small tranche the other day and have re-bought my holding but have kept powder back for a further drop. If you have added at much higher price, arguably Omi are in a stronger position now, so it seems silly at this point not to be at least considering getting more.

That is true, the world is a shocking place at the moment and I personally don't think gold has correlated with the money pumped into covid, inflation and a war going on. Personally think it should be higher. Perhaps a knock on effect we'll see over the coming year. Know we aren't producing and I know gold is at a high price but to me it should be higher. Just watch once the mortgage payments start defaulting and businesses go to wall cause they can't afford their energy and transport bills. Things are very real and I know things are biting people very hard but I think it's just the start.

Nothing is obviously guaranteed here but it isn't inconceivable to hit a higher mcap from these levels. I'm pretty certain we could slide if no drills are forthcoming or permits and licences drag on but we could easily multiple from this position. Literally it just takes one piece of good news to propel this. Also haven't had access to sampling results (the market) just what we've been told eg high grade sampling in South, 1.5g plus in north. So we are blind to that, which brings an element of fear and having to trust majors know what they are doing. Have to consider next door to la Cejita, Agnico will have nice data on the 300m of low grade find at royal roads. Murmurs that la Cejita is the source of all the other gold bodies around it . I'm not geologist, I'm reading between lines that this will probs to be a substantial find overall. They've added new areas to explore, since I've been in, tells me the sampling has been good enough in these areas to widen exploration area. Say next Colombia update states permits/ access sorted. La Cejita also now ready. We start drill on any other area or multiple areas i am more than optimistic that we will spark to life and we will be treated to a few good grades and with that a greater interest from the wider market.

Also been talk of a newer area identified at Anza. Not been named to market but apparently in the south. I have feeling things will spark to life quite quickly once the necessary legalities are in place. Unfortunately I have no crystal ball when that will be. I'm fairly certain 2nd half from maybe July earliest to September onwards is going to be good here. Still a long way off though when market has shunned us. Fingers are crossed for something soon to shake out the cobwebs truly which has to be licences or permits and starting a drill, possibly another JV and news on our new recruits. But mainly for me, need those access/water permits stat.

Yes Robb this is figure being communicated. I sincerely hope this is accurate, fills me with confidence also if true. Facts are the majors haven't walked away and it sounds like they are staying. Apta's drilling in parts has been good with the last batch which were mainly testing holes proving the folding hypothesis and at depth. It also through up a nice hole MAP-098 which was a previously unknown, thick, high-grade structure (8.35m @ 14.27g/t Au, 49.92g/t Ag, 3.93%Zn) over 100m below any previous anomalous intersections, with an additional lower grade intersection over 100m further down again, also quite a bit away from the other drilling at Apta and then MAP-100 was a decent low grade strike. So my thoughts are gold is there.

So you've got Pupino, Pepas, Guaimarala, La Cejita and Jesuitas all very close to drilling needing a variety of licences or permits which have been described as "imminent". Apparently rigs are positioned waiting for the word to get cracking and in Brad's words "majors itching to get at it". Brad's timings since I've been in anyway have been exaggerated so I'm hoping this time imminent means on the cusp like very very soon. He has communicated that they have submitted months ago, so maybe they are just around the corner, maybe it's all jam tomorrow.

I would also hope considering there has been sampling going off and on for the best part of 18months they should have a fair idea of where to start when they do move onto another area. Hard though go comprehend this information when watching the share price slide and what seems like even long term holders losing faith in the story.

Next update from Colombia is important. I hope it's not more delays as I can see us drift further though could be an opportunity if you believe in the project in a longer time frame. Surely Orosur will have something to shout about...eventually.

Your right Robb phase 1 was only 10m with the Orosur payment though Brad has stated 35m spend on the project. One could say that in itself shows how keen majors are. Personally I wish could fast forward a few months to a time where permits and licences are through and we have some proper drilling activity on the go. Always felt market knows gold is there but they want to know how much, not going to get that from Apta alone. We need a few more areas with some tasty grades thrown up. When that comes I am sure that the market will take notice. In the meantime having to just suck it up and hopefully be savvy with top ups.

Yeah got to say Robb there's been delays here. It's not went smooth or like clockwork and they've concentrated on a small portion of apta only. Currently Brad states the spend is already in the region of 35million dollars. Deep pockets that Omi don't have. I know it's pocket change for number 1 and 3 but apparently that's what they've spent so far, and we currently own 100pc so a 17mcap company currently own a project that has had 35million dollars spent on it? If majors walked away, we are valued at half the spend currently on our flagship project and we'd still own 100pc. If majors continue another 20 million spend brings us up to 55 million though we do see a drop to 49pc holding. Reading between lines phase 1 only called for majors to spend 20million so am I right in thinking that majors already ponied up more than was called for in phase 1? I've been expecting a bullish update, thought it be last Colombia update, hoping it's next one. Would say anybody who is long or are holding bought around that 10p level. Maybe waiting for a little bit more before another top up. I personally am looking low to mid 8 for next one though I'm starting to think the price is getting silly and I'm tempted to purchase a little more.

Tough to know where the bottom is. All I know is everything is geared up for a few months time and second half of year. Not entirely convinced by management and I am cautious of further drift but small additions at these prices seem like a risk I'm prepared to take. Get the permit, get the drills going. Imminent to me means anytime now but I know Brad's vocabulary and mine are on different planets.

Yes it's been poor sp performance. Quite a few in the same boat. I do think though it is a case of getting of permits/ licences through and getting cracking. Pray to the gods for once they are very close and they can be secured soon.

I think even the most ardent supporter here has Brad under an extreme watch. He has promised quite a few things in his recent webinars and from correspondence to holders. Most no doubt are waiting to see if they are actually pulled off or not. Big couple months approaching after what have been many delays and jam tomorrow sound bites. I am very much still here but also very much sceptical about how this may unfold near term. Apparently just waiting for a water permit which is imminent. Needs to be secured very soon in my book.

I think the turtle and the hare analogy comes to mind here. In Brad's minds it's not a sprint and he would rather slowly and steadily make orosur a more attractive proposition. Quite impressed by the website in fairness, alot more professional than it once was. Look forward to more updates in the coming weeks and months. A few director purchases near term though would still be welcome and an institutional buyer in the next 2-3 months would also go a long way to restoring some confidence in time for what we expect is a movement into phase 2.

Talk of production is way premature. I think it will be more prove this one up, try and JV it. It's the 1st pass sampling and it's an RNS to say they are actually doing something rather than waiting another age of a Colombia update. Maybe Brazil might be more of a chance of producing with the infrastructure in place in the area but got to prove that there is something to drill 1st.

You would hope to expect that directors would be adding shortly. Cheap enough now and held this range for a while.

Board's trust has went out the window for many. These situations can bring an opportunity however. Pretty much double bottomed as well so if board can increase newsflow and positivity, could move in the right dirction....but question marks remain over management and if they have enough in their locker to bring that. Interesting to see over the coming weeks.

I've bought a chunk today but it's not just me by looks of things.
