Will be good to see the back of "I'm in the money, but my shareholders are not" Mike Coupe in the very near future. Some of these people do not understand that it is the shareholders, including instos and pension funds that own the company. I am expecting a big backlash coming soon on excessive executive pay and bonuses and hoping that a few will be forced off various BOD's.

Encouraging to see directors buying shares at between 157p and 160p in recent days. Good team in place here and a couple of other FTSE companies unlike that twerp at head of Sainsbury ("I'm in the money but my shareholders are not !".

Stevenc72.......Suspect that all the shares in CIRCUM will be in hock to GR and his cronies especially since he is earning a ridiculous amount of money for sitting around in the sun and his loan account to the company will be mounting rapidly. As a major creditor through his so called trust fund , he could put PREM into liquidation and buy back from the receivers at say $50k (AIMHO of course)

Circum is just one big joke run by that guy that virtually bankrupted Lonmin. The capex has come down from circa $2.3 billion to just over $1 billion so should have been a doddle to finance ! That was from DFS published in 2018. The interest that CIRCUM might have at IPO will be miniscule after dilution but the scraps left will be snaffled by GR against his loan which is running at about $1000 per day for just sitting in the sun. All IMHO of course.

Have just read on MSN that insurance claims on Covid19 may well run to £1.2 billion and Hiscox mentioned in this. Mainly relates to loss of business claims and travel cancellation. Not sure how much LGEN, Aviva and others are exposed nor about the validity of this article. Maybe something in the wider Press this week-end.

Gold spot just retreated to $1711 and needs to consolidate around $1695/$1705 before moving higher.

P/E ratio of under 6 and dividend yield of over 9% on latest earnings which might be dented this year admittedly.

Excellent update from the Company and many other FTSE companies should take note of how LGEN keeps investors updated and balances stakeholder dividend returns with interests of employees , policyholders and the welfare of the world generally. Seems crazy that as of today the dividend yield is as high as it is . It will be interesting to see how the bond is structured.

Not entirely sure that the AV BOD are on top of the situation but if all well then a deferred dividend payment this year might be on the cards. Prefer LGEN for a 3 year view at the moment.

And buying at today's price ex div gives annual yield of 9.4% and would imagine at least a 50% uplift on share price all things being equal. I will be holding for at least 3 years on this one .

Definitely under the pile of Chinese Applications with million dollar bundles !

Just goes to show what happens to the share price after a thumping dividend this week and very positive update to the market today. Compare with other companies .

And we do not need preaching to by his past sell date former governor of BOE. It is shareholders who own the companies and they will judge what the directors "did during the war". I accept totally that with the horrors going on in our hospitals and care homes at the moment , there are more pressing matters to contemplate. That said I would expect the declared dividend for the past financial year to be paid in full by the end of September and will be looking very closely at what the directors sacrifice by way of salary cuts in the meantime. Probably a good time for the CEO to move on.

Suggest that you and other out and out rampers calm down a bit and I repeat here from your post of 8 November 2019 "GR stated in an RNS that electrification and start up would be completed in November". Really enjoyed that one with price at 0.12 added to your Strong Buy.!

I took a small loss once GR had lied once again and put the money to good use in LTR and TIE both listed on ASX , one up 5 fold and the other now trebled from initial investment. Better to take a small hit and move on.

Agree with you and with a potential well covered dividend later this year should do very well on a 24 month view. Same applies to LGEN which is in a similar position. I quite like buying twins in a sector such as LGEN/AV , BT/VOD , Tesco/Morrisons, RIO/APF with good long term potential and sustainable dividends , the higher % ones being counterbalanced by the lower % ones for a 6% overall hopefully ! Have out and out punts in the resource sector also but mainly on the ASX.

Company needs an injection of top drawer management otherwise a sitting duck for a takeover and this would be the best exit strategy. If the rest of the year pans out well I think 35p could be the initial bid.

I have no need to ask you anything about PREM. Have had the misfortune to meet GR at a couple of dinners in Cape Town and at a Proactive at the Chesterfield. The man cannot even look you in the face when you ask him a serious question. Looking at some of your comments last year "the ink is dry" and reference to the tungsten mine being in operation it is quite obvious that he is pulling the wool over your eyes. I would believe nothing that the man spouts unless confirmed by a properly executed RNS and no wonder he has Fatty Cornish as his Nomad.

Charlie......did you also have it confirmed that GR is still in touch with the lady who bumped into him in Cape Town in February hinting that the EPO was ready for signature once the Mining Minister could find a pen ?
