Looks as if divi suspension is priced in today and I believe a good time to buy. Maybe divi will be cut by 50% which would be the best of both worlds

Not surprised by that as a bid at around 60/70p would succeed in these troubled times. Remember that properties in the Marston portfolio are shown in the Balance Sheet at "lower of cost or realisable value". Not sure if the company has ever declared in a note a realisable value for the portfolio. Long term it could be attractive for a cashed up property developer.

Testpack.....as a holder I am now looking to buy more shares and believe that the worst case scenario would be a 30% to 50% cut in the dividend still yielding north of 5%. One has to bear in mind that virtually every pension fund in the UK will have a holding in this share.

I can understand BOE putting pressure on banks to cut dividends since many were bailed out by the taxpayer. I do not recall Aviva having been bailed out or am I wrong.? Also both LGEN and AV. have dividends well covered by earnings. Why would BOE want to hurt pensioners who might have these type of holdings in their savings. ? For safe haven money the supermarkets look a reasonable bet but low dividend yields.

You might just be expecting that news for some time with the useless NOMAD combined with GR.

More likely his monthly lunch is with that nice lady that told GR in Cape Town that the EPO was in the bag ! Only 2 months ago and how time flies.

Harry gets things done ?.......he makes up every excuse under the sun and spins utter garbage. At the Global Group UK investor show last year he was spouting that the resettlement had begun ! He is fortunate having a band of UK investors supporting him through thick and thin and lapping up everything that he says.

Apologies.....I did not see that RNS as I had been concentrating on fundamental numbers. I imagine that dividends already announced might be paid later this year depending upon how soon construction and sales pick up once again.

There will be ample opportunity to buy this share as the Coronavirus unravels. Look at the fundamentals above and with dividend expected to remain for 2020 well covered this will be a "must have" share for 2021 and beyond. Once construction ramps up and delayed completions take place in the Summer instead of Spring all should be well again. The one negative will be the number of households that could afford to move to a new TW home in January unable to do so in June and beyond.

Wonder who else the CIRCUM shares are pledged to. Watch GR forego his bonus/salary and convert into a loan from PREM to himself secured on CIRCUM shares. Would not put that past him. !

Really bad move appointing her to NED position and will certainly not go down well with institutional and private shareholders. Perhaps this was intended to suppress the share price for some cheap options ?

Would be interested to know whether the coking coal plant is at full capacity and whether any other significant (more than 10% of total) revenue streams have been affected by Covid 19.

Acker.....I agree entirely with your sentiments and hope that all on here come through this Covid virus happy and healthy. For those that have parents of a certain age or those that have grandchildren that they cannot meet just hope that all will be well come July or August.
