It’s not just the first day, due to the time difference AIM will not be open whilst ASX trades and vice versa. It works l presume, for other companies listed on both exchanges so is there a mechanism to supply or is this just a function of the infamous market makers?

Surely it can't 'be just sold'. It would need a shareholder vote to approve. Granted it's in the hands of the major institutional shareholders who hold the majority of shares but it would still need a formal vote and to enable shareholders to assess, they would need to issue the accounts and explain the reasoning for the recommendation.

'Its possible if the deal is unconditional it might just open for trading without issuing 2025 numbers?' The reason for the suspension is the non-publication of accounts. They can't come out of suspension until these are issued.

From 23rd May RNS: ‘Wood is continuing to work with its auditor to deliver the FY24 accounts at the earliest opportunity and will update on the timing in due course but the FY24 accounts will not be ready to lay before shareholders before 30 June 2025.’

Top share, the website algo only looks at the trade price compared to the mid price to assess if it’s a buy or sale. If the trade is exactly on the mid price it will show as grey and ‘unknown’. The system is very unreliable as you can actually buy below the mid price and it will show up as a sell and vice versa. Best to look at it as the agreed price of the trade only.

That’s a long way down (Haverion is 400m below ground level). I have a small stake here but there’s a long way to go yet and a lot of money to spend if a strike is confirmed to get it out of the ground. Here’s hoping!
