Yeah, regardless of went wrong from a Phony BB war, it is sad, and in the last few months there have been many honest posts from PIs who have pretty much all lost between £30k-£40k, and some many more.
Sometimes we can learn so much from imagining if that was us, I have put in 32k here and can understand how many were drawn in to forever averaging down in the "hope" things would change. Perhaps even more in their case as they have some crazy spikes the last few years, we haven"t since we got to 64p, 8 years ago, examples being when they rose to nigh on 75p when VAL released an RNS saying no reason for rise, and more recently although 2/3 years ago when they rose from just under a penny to 7.5p. I was hoping then more than a few would have sold at that point, as the "Holy Grail" they were chasing was based on pure ramping of trial results and commercialising next week. If ever there was an example of how dangerous BBs are, that was it, and more than a few posted in recent months ""if only they were warned"". Well at least a dozen posters from here, even Bermudashorts and Wildforce told them the truth, but too often our posts were removed. I resisted from saying we told you so.
I would actually like to see their Directors disqualified from ever holding Directorships in the future, and it is actually quite alarming the lack of intervention from the Authorities that run AIM, to have allowed what occurred to have played out there. I too traded their a couple of times, for a profit of £2!! and was never so relieved to have gotten out unscathed that i was.
You mention Vulpes and I have a lot of faith in their long term commitment to us, which is why I don"t fear any future fundings we might have here. They would always have had a Plan B from the point they bought in, and we even reached 9.75 on the back of their "5p" buy in.
Funny enough I never mention BioNTech in my lists of "hopes". If it happens amazing, perhaps I don"t fully understand the scenario with Scancell they have, so choose not to comment on it.
But yes as we are seeing this week, our lows are getting higher, we are trading up and we have been valued some 50% higher than the 5/5.50 days. I just chose to trade those in for mid 7"s to 8p for a quick profit, they were always to be my trading pot, which is now empty. Was nice to bring down my overall cost, but of course my average went up a pence or two.
But yes we are heading back to 10p IMHO, another collaboration, the fourth could well do it, especially from where we stand now.
I don"t know if you remember but scooby-doo and me made a pact a couple of years back which we both have kept too, it was crazy the rows that were going on and gladly they have stopped, but I do feel sorry for many of them, by the grace of G-d go we.............
