RE: SCANCELL.................BARCHART28 Sep 2020 22:47
Hi Bunsie,Cars makes a very good point, one I can concur with.
On a normal day, I just cannot eat in the mornings, probably until 3.00 where I make myself a fresh meal, and as I tend to sleep early I have cut out picking from the fridge. That suffices me as I do so little exercise I cam maintain my weight eating 1200 calories a day.
Also like Cars (I am 63) I feel tired after eating, not reinvigirated. Yes people do go a few days just drinking water and yes.
I would look at the link Cars posted (and others) the 5/2 diet is what I do often, and as long as it is my choice it suits me. When I have to fast in hospital, and am told so i feel hungry instantly,, I tend to do the opposite of what I am Told. Interesting subject, I feel the Muslims clear there systems best with the ramadan fast and look trimmer and fitter for it.
I will find a couple of links for you for safe fasting the concept is good for the body, it just clears out what in effect needs to be got out. Tell you one thing, on breaking the fast, anything you eat tastes wonderful!!! believe me.
Another aside Bunsie and Cars, what is your reasons for doing so, I am 6 feet 2 and weigh 90 kilos, and if I ate 3 meals a day my metabolism wouldn"t handle it.
OT, I fancy an RNS in the morning re AGM and whatever else might be ready to be released, as I posted earlier delighted with our new director, we are being surrounded by sound financial advice, which IMHO reflects where we are at with deals and licensing opportunities. Have a good night.
