The fast is just for 24 hours, for Yom Kippur, the second was was pre op for the bowel operation, a few days ago, operation aborted as bowel still not clear!!!!

Muslims who observe ramadan, always ay how much better they feel, fasting through the daylight. No it doesn"t burn fat or good for dieting but clears the system well.
