I thought he warmed up to be fair. Seemed far more at ease talking about HAV. He’ll never be the best orator but the world is full of smooth talking execs that fail to deliver, so that’s fine by me

Being a multi billion company I sort of of expected( and rightly so In my eyes) we would see less volatility, huge swings either way

This week has put that expectation firmly to bed 🤦‍♂️

I get your point. But realistically where would the price be now without owning 100% HAV and no Telfer? Less than today that’s a fact, HAV is the jewel in the crown so I would expect that most punters would have planned to wait accordingly.

I agree we’ve been played this last couple of weeks but that doesn’t change the future

Naturally the SP drives emotion. But the way I look at this is that I was never selling at 17/18p anyway. I’m sure many of us are planning to wait for HAV to maximise value, so to me all that matters is where we are in 2-3 years from now

I’ve resisted from commenting, thought id reread the update. Nothing suggests we were going to lose 25% of our MC in 1 trading day. I’m not normally one for conspiracy theories but if this week has somehow created more liquidity down under then it does make you think. All the news updates over there were pretty negative, it’s only a few weeks ago the same outlets were eulogising about our progress, reflective in the broker notes

I do think people need to manage expectations. Apart from recent dilution ,GGP has delivered nothing but positive news. It won’t carry on forever, life’s just not that simple especially in mining, However they will get to the promised land I have absolutely no doubt

Some will say it’s corruption others not so, no one on here really knows the truth. However in my opinion the MM’s want the current price action right where it is. It’s a bit of who blinks first, a war of attrition albeit it’s not even been 2 weeks :). I’ve no idea if the MM’s need my shares but I think they are trying to test resolve. Many expected fireworks immediately and it didn’t happen so naturally some holders will be considering their positions. I think that’s what they’re hoping for.
