Been on the sidelines a while waiting but 33% spread !!! What’s the point

JD continues its growth strategy with new shops opening in Athens and Paris this week. With the one and only Ronaldinho there in Paris promoting the opening, literally hundreds of people there (I’ve seen the pics) Current world events permitting I’m looking to rebuy what I sold at 1.35 the other week. Long term this is very attractive at the current SP

Bought another 20,000 shares today at 5.9 pennies a piece. I consider that a steal

Sometimes a share is just good to you. Took £700 profit a few weeks ago and an another £500 today. I’ll be back after it cools down

Morning all

I worked for CYB for 30 years and latterly under the Virgin name as a regional manager. Whilst Duffy did indeed fend off Crosby for the CEO position I can tell you they have a very close bond. I think this deal is cheap and would be voting against it if I was still a shareholder. I think VM lost its way, people got too comfortable including Duffy who let’s be honest was at the helm for far too long.

It feels like a great deal for Nationwide with a VM BOD that’s probably run out of ideas just happy to accept whatever and move on.

I’d vote no, and hope for a new board with a fresh approach.

The beauty of an SP that’s currently in the trough is you can make a big dent in your average. I was at 65p now 27p. Admittedly I waited for some positive news but I’ll take it

Looking to get in here. Can anyone tell me why the share price went from 5p to 0.25p last Nov/Dec

Apologies if this has already been mentioned but wasn’t the Broker price target of 19p a “speculative Buy” and now it’s just a “buy” at 12p?

Not sure if that matters 🤷‍♂️

Surely the broker note will mirror previous notes with or without bulk caving.

I need to read the note but I just don’t get it. Something a foot. Suppress the SP ready for a low ball offer is my initial outlandish, hugely sceptical interpretation. 😉

It’s a game of attrition. They hope holders will get frustrated and sell and it works. There will be some that wish they sold a couple of weeks ago at 11.5p and they know this. So when that figure comes round again people will think about selling. I consider myself lucky to be in a position whereby I can wait till 2025 and beyond but appreciate not everyone can. I’ve bought again this week and I’m underwater already but I just focus on my share count, that’s what matters to me.

We still have a couple more hurdles to overcome, Newmont’s plans, potential ASX listing etc but I hope that people do not lose sight of the absolute behemoth we have in Hav and for me a CEO that we can absolutely trust.

Up 40% in the last 6 months , just saying. Hang in there folks it was never going to keep rising day after day. I bought another 10k shares today. I’ll keep buying each week when we are in single digits.
